They supposed to pickup the item for return, I get the message that they will come and pick it up but they never shows up, no call or message and by the evening it get canceled and blames customer that you were not available. It happened multiple times. Never trust this guy's.

Absolutely pathetic service.
My package showed “Out for Delivery” for 7+ hours and never arrived. I tried calling the delivery agent multiple times.no response at all. No updates, no explanation, no accountability. If you can’t deliver on time don’t mark it out for delivery. Complete waste of time. Highly unreliable courier service

They didn't deliver the order and give fake excuses and mark fake delivery attempts. Even after complaining my ordered was cancelled and even upon reordering similar thing happened. Worst unprofessionals I have even seen.

this is one of the worst courier services. The delivery person didn't pick my call. didn't have a proper response from delivery site. but didn't delivery. Waiting for long day.

I stopped buying from first cry, meesho and other websites because they avail xpressbee delivery service all time and most of the time. Some seller from Flipkart uses xpressbee to deliver, there is no doubt they won't deliver. Xpressbee are scammers. Please stop buying from sellers who use xpressbee.

Total india courier company number 1 faltu, ghatia, number 1 shlow delivery company epressbess company,very bad company.

If there is an option to not have a star marked I would have selected it. Not sure how fraudulent logistic and delivery companies are allowed to operate. The entire experience is a scam. Digital Presence with no option to follow up on your order. Same reviews and misleading comments would be left on your order status as below while none are true as you wont ever hear from any delivery man with this company. I even doubt the online merchandises those uses these courier service are even genuine. My order was with House of Indya, another company not reachable beyond payment. There should be police investigation on goods worth XXXINR basically stolen todate by this vendor by not delivering at all.

Very poor service If you can't provide service, you should close the company. It's going to close in a few days, but do it now.

Extremely bad. There is no accountability at all. They even lie and totally untrusyworthy. Dont buy anything from a business which uses their services too. Its an unending struggle with them.

Never ever trust this useless brand, poor customer service, and they give numbers of people who don't even exist, pathetic , delayed delivery and without even my knowledge I need a future delivery option too👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I don't understand why Ajio is partner with Xpressbees. Xpressbees is the worst logistic I have ever seen. The item is out for delivery for the last two days but not delivered yet. The delivery agent keeps giving one or the other excuses. The worst is, they update the tracking information. They put "wrong pin code" on the tracing update, whereas just a day ago (19.11.25) my Tommy Hilfiger was delivered moreover, they have my mobile number but the delivery guys never called me to know the location. Surprised that a day ago Xpressbees delivered me my item and after o e day saying Wrong Pin Code. When I contacted the delivery guy on 20.11.25, he gave another unbelievable excuse. I told him that I will complain to Xpressbees,his answer was 'Tumhe jo karna Hai karlo (Do whatever you can do)". Xprsb doesn't even have a proper IVR, you can never get hold of Customer Care Executive. Their Chatbox is also of the same quality. AJIO wake up and choose some good logistics like eKart etc. Shame on you Ajio, you don't care about your customer.

Very rude delivery agents. I called the delivery guy and he said straight I don’t deliver to your location and also said go pick it up yourself.

Holy shit these people stole my shirt.When i call them they dont pick up.They have a very useless ai which is never being updated keeps giving constant useless answers .Nobody contacts you even if put a complaint.The delivery guy told me i wont give ur stuff if u dont speak Telegu wtf man...

I have been waited for 15days and later it was cancelled automatically by courier partner without any intimation when I tried to reach out to costumer care then they have said like we cant do anything it was logistical issue and hence no refund will be provided.
