Do not trust them with your money
Do not trust them with your money, they are fraudsters. I had a very bad experience with the company, i would advise you to steer clear of the platform lest you want your money to go up in smoke. They pretend to help you with your investment but are just interested in taking your money out of your hands.
I gave them my entire savings, 2300 EUR, with the hope of gaining favorable returns from the investment. However, when it was time to remove my money, they started giving excuses and extra charges that weren't mentioned before. I had to pay the extra amount, hoping that i would then be able to withdraw my money from their accounts.
Little did i know that were just baiting me for more money. After a week of constant calling, I reported them to the FCA. They investigated them for me and i was made known about their dubious nature. Even after that, i still couldnt get my money back.
It wasn't until i came across Action Fraud and BermudaFinance,,,,,,security,,,,dÒÒÒt,,,,cÖÖÖÖm that i was able to make progress on getting part of it back. The latter helped me regain my initial investment back with ease. I was lucky, you might not be as lucky though.
Again, do not put your money into this scam. You will lose it...
Nightmare scammers
A nightmare! I stupidly fell for a Facebook scam a few months ago, and have been bombarded by them. I have received more than NINE HUNDRED calls from different numbers which I have had to block. They use shell companies in Ireland to create 'virtual' numbers so they come up as being from different UK towns, so each time you block one number, another appears.
I have been forced to install a spam blocker and remove voicemail from my phone. Ofcom has no facility for reporting the fake number companies and all my phone company can suggest is that I change my number but of course your hone is used for all sorts of verifications now so I am stuck with receiving more than 5 spam calls a day.
Trading went bad.
I was able to recover all my money I lost with XtraderFX through recovery kapital website and I thank them for it everyday.
Avoid this company.
My money was stolen from Xtraderfx…
My money was stolen from Xtraderfx group And I asked many times to send me money back ,didn’t get it .one of the bad company.
They took £1300 from my account in…
They took £1300 from my account in August 2017 nearly 2 years ago I sent them countless emails to cancel my account but have not seen a penny of my money back. One who comes to mind is the spineless b.....d
who goes under the name Allan.b senior accountant.
Bad account managers with bad trading advice, lies about the credit in bonuses. Down 1800 euros
I stumbled upon this website and I was in a period when I was searching for ways of investing my savings. I made an account but did not deposit anything because I wanted to document more about tradings and forex.
The next day in the morning I was called by them and talked through to deposit 300 euro. I felt a bit comfortable when the woman at the phone told me that I will have an experienced account manager who will guide me through the process of opening and closing trades. I was then called by my managers, Allan Brown, who straight up told me to invest 5000 euro and he will come with a bonus of 5k from his side. Didn't do the 5k deposit, but I was still persuaded to deposit another 1000 euro. So far 1300 euro on the platform. He opened a small trade which ended up making 350 euro profit. I was surprised. Right after he told me to invest all the money into forex and to leave that trade opened for 2 whole weeks. He set no spot loss or take profit points. In 2 days the trade closed itself and I lost all my money. After a lot of calls and attempts to make me apply for a loan, I heard nothing from Allan Brown for weeks. At the beginning of the year, I was called by another account managers, Adam Jones, who told me that my account was transferred to him for funds recovery. He told me that I have to deposit 500 euro for his recovery plan to function. I deposited 500, overall 1800 euro. For a couple of days, we did some small trades and then no signs from him. After I was called by another account manager, Michael, who asked for funds again, but I had no capital left. We agreed on trading risky because most of the money on my account is from bonuses and I can withdraw nothing( tried and got rejected because once you receive a bonus from them you can only withdraw your money after you traded 40 times the value of the bonus). So far my place is -270 euro and I am planning to have my account deleted.
In conclusion, avoid them. If you have to save and want to invest first of all read, read a lot about investing because you have no idea where your money go once you invested on a trading platform.
P.S. 1800 euros might not seem like a big loss, but for my status it is. I am a 21 years old student from Romania. My savings were from grants and money which I got through working as a freelancer. Romania is not necessarily a poor country, but neither a wealthy one. Just to give you an example, the minimum net salary in Romania is 267 euro.
Xtrader-FX is a total scam
Xtrader-FX is a total scam. They get your money and encurage you to pay more. They don't hand out your refunds.
They asked me for all my credit card informations to pay my money back. Of course I'd never do that. They claimed that they need all my informations and not only my credit card number to transfer the money. Complete bullcrap. They claimed that since I didn't want to give them all my informations, I "wasn't interested in getting my money back."
Fraud, scam and manipulation.
NOT AUTHORIZED
I just want to share what I've found out about XtraderFX. Unlike others here who already wrote a review for this company, I haven't made any deals or investment with them yet. When they called me on the phone, I felt excited but I'm a bit skeptical too coz I'm worried if they're really legit. So I started to search topics about XtraderFX and I came up with this site. And I saw so many bad reviews here so I made a research about them myself and checked the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) if they are authorized to operate...and voila!!…they're not on the list of authorized companies the FCA is regulating. Which means more likely that your money is not safe and you can lose all your investment and you won't have a way to get your money back. The FCA is strongly discouraging people to not invest in a company like XtraderFX coz it's not properly registered. Please feel free to visit the official site of FCA so you guys can take a look for yourself and be informed about the likes of XtraderFX. I hope my review can help those who are planning to invest on XtraderFX...be safe guys!
dO NOT BELIEVE ON THEM
dO NOT BELIEVE ON THEM. I LOST MY £6000 POUNDS. Donny NEWMAN WAS LIAR.So don't ever trust anyone. I lost my money last October and they keep ringing me again but I learnt my lesson.they are fraudsters. Believe me!do not trust them.
Attentiton. Look at the information befor trust in someone.
Good morning to all of you.
I will tell you my story with these evildoers. At the end of November I wanted to invest in the online trading market. By chance I met an engine called "Bitcoinloolphool".
through this engine I made the first deposit of 300 pounds on an xtraderfx account. And from there I started being cheated.
Before I spoke with a guy, Mr. Coen Samuel, but for only 3-4 days. Then he finished and started Mr. Gerog Balderov. With him I started to deposit money because I saw that the system worked in the right way, the only doubt I had was that it insistently required money on the bill. But anyway his work as a trader did it. And I started to trust him. I have deposited around 21,500 euros around.
After continuous and pressing requests for money, at the end I told him I was not going to put it anymore. Then he, with a few days' work, told me that he changed his position and became a higher level and could only manage accounts of € 125,000 and up. If I did not pay, I would have to move on to another trader. So on December 31st, after a very positive last transaction, he passed me to Derek Jons. At that point I had about 24,000 euros on the bill.
In one day Derek brought the position to 35,000.
So I asked for the first withdrawal of money. 1000 euros. They sent them to me. So I continued working with him.
On January 3rd I asked 6000 euros for further proof. In 3 hours it ran out of 34,000 euros, which up to that time were on the bill.
I tried to contact Balderov who "offered" to help me. So he sent me an agreement in which he tells me that they will put 20,500 euros on the trading account, but that I CAN NOT RETIRE. I can do trading, but until I have gained 5 times, I will not be able to withdraw my money, without any help from them. pity, I believed in it a lot. They are skilled in their work. I'd like to meet them in person to look them in the eye, and see how they really are. Expecially in Balderov.
Practically my 21,500 euros have disappeared into thin air. Stolen.
Attention to everyone. Do not trust their "friendship". Here there was a game of 3 cards. Some clever crooks around the table of players, fake, the chicken of the situation that passes in front of them, pointing the money, 1 winnings, 2 winnings, 3 winnings, then they take away everything.
I've asked for help from the people listed here in this forum. We hope they can do the miracle, bringing my money back.
Meditate, inform yourself, do not trust anyone.
I believed them They betrayed and stole, cheated to the last penny.
Greetings to all of you.
Today they have scammed me
Today they have scammed me. A very fast talking guy has taken my money. I can’t believe I fell for this please don’t use them. I told him how I was looking after my elderly parents as well as having a poorly dog in the vets so I could only work as a temp part time and that I needed another income. He even was telling me he loved dogs too and he had a German shepherd even specifying it’s long hair. These people are very clever at making you think they are your friends. Please please don’t use them once they have your money you cannot make contact with them. The phone numbers they give you just fail when you call them. I am absolutely heart broken. I’ve been in tears to credit card people and they were lovely but there is nothing they can do. I have to pay back the £1000 these people took from me. I honestly don’t know what I’m going to do but please learn from my mistake they are heartless people.
This website is nothing but a scam I…
This website is nothing but a scam I deposited money after it sitting for months it finally made a profit I tried to withdraw it then am told I have to again verify my id which I already did in order to join in the beginning once that’s done I try again to withdraw and told I have to close all the trades again I do that and try again this time am told I can’t because the money in my account is bonus money what the? If you want to throw your money away you will have more fun at the casino I can’t stress enough DONT INVEST IN THIS COMPANY
Avoid like the plague
This firm should be banned from trading. They are fraudsters.
I used them once, won my only trade but they have refused to pay me what I won.
They have now kept my money for months...and now claim they can find no record of it.
Avoid them like the plague.
Do not deal with this firm
I want to add my warning never to give any money to xtraderfx. They are so convincing on the phone. Foolishly, I did not read these reviews and lost a LOT of money. They even took money from my Visa account without my permission. All gone. They still phone saying they will refund the lost money if I invest more! I am an old lady--please learn from me.
Be very careful before investing & read the reviews
I was told by the very polite advisor named Dylan Larsson at xtrader fx ( which I was linked to from a website called Bit Loop) that this company was partly owned by Peter Jones from dragons den which I soon found to be untrue. Please read this excerpt from Peter Jones website about the Bit coin claims being made:

FALSE BITCOIN CLAIMS
I am aware that there are several websites and Internet/social media articles claiming that I’ve invested in one or more bitcoin trading platforms (including Bitcoin Trader) and have an association with, amongst others, Greenfields Capital and Robert Wright. Such claims are entirely false and I’ve made no such investment(s) and have no such association(s). I am really grateful for everyone who has contacted me and left messages on social media and my website making me aware of the unauthorised use/misuse of my name and image. I am taking steps to get the unauthorised material removed and taking appropriate action on the individuals and/or companies who have decided to scam people in this way.”
Dont do it..
I blame The Dragons den for my loss. Plus stupidity in my part for.not .reading the reviews. Like most my initial investment of £300. Was on my part, exceptable.I initially dealt with Daniel Larkin and Christian Lawson and finally Roy Nielson. What a smooth. talker he is. after my initial investment he got from my account a further £4050.00. Yes he showed profit and loss against my account giving me £7800 against my initial ivestment. Can I get it out? I am trying as I have just spent the whole of December without an.y money because I trusted him. He has caused trouble with me and my wife because of the possible loss of my money. Christmas was ruined. Why an I telling you my troubled? Because I be.lieved what I had seen on the .tele with Dragons Den and I believed this company to be the same company. THEY ARE NOT.It would be good if the BBC or Dragons Den could make a statement on air.to the effect that this and company.s alike are rogues. Will it happen.? We will see. Read the accounts and don't do it. Finally when I challenged Roy Nielson about the reviews I have since read, he said. Do you see any good reviews? These people are paid to write bad reviews. My bank account is still overdrawn and I have not received any such payment. This is my honest account .so that you don't make the same mistake. Think about it. Have you seen a good report? I have looked and not found any. Please learn from my mistake.
They are totally cheating. Never trust them. They should by punished heavily
I have just read many reviews and want to add mine here. My experience with this cheating company is almost the same. For two months ago, I invested €300 and opened an account after I saw a Facebook ads. I had not touched my account until recently. My account manager called me all the time. Her name is Sasha Mar. She said that the money in my account in too little and cannot make any trade in the market. She asked me to invest €1000 or €2000 from my side and she will ask her boss' permission to put €5000 their money into my account. If I make a profit then I can keep bothe the profit and the €5000. I neglected it and ask for a refund. I told her, if I can't see that I can withdraw my money how dare I put more money in. In order to show me that I can take my money out, she made a withdraw of €50 to my bank account. Then one day I found that €100 is missing in my account. I asked Sasha where is the money. She said it was me or my husband has taken the money. I got really angry and felt very badly treated. I submitted a withdraw of my rest €150. Then the financial manager Tom called me and want me to cancel the withdraw and to continue to trade. He assigned a new account manager named Rommi to show me the potential of the trading. He explained that the missing €100 was taken by the financial market as a non-active-fee as I have not traded in 60 days. In order to persude me to trade he want me to sign a contract on which it mentioned to give me a bonus of €100 which is my not mine. The contract text is quite sofisticated and I don't feel like to sign on it. Now I have just asked my bank to close my credit card and I have blokked their number. I'm still waiting for my withdraw coming back to my bank account. Otherwise I will make a objection against them.
Just saw their post on a Facebook ad…
Just saw their post on a Facebook ad and was curious, so gave a few details (but no money). Intended to do some more research but immediately got a call from a guy with a fast-talking dodgy voice who wanted to rush me into “cryptocurrency trading” which wasn’t even what their ad was about. Smelled a rat, and blocked his return call. Got another call from a different line. Probably will keep getting calls for awhile. Curiosity killed the cat! Don’t touch their Dragon’s Den Facebook ads...
