Bad service in all aspects

I have home max cable plus and the internet is alwais disconnecting. This month there wasn’t one single day that the internet didn’t disconnect more than once and then takes hours to recover. The chat service is unusable because you can wait for hours for someone to pick up the the conversation from the virtual assistant.
The speed as well is very low. Nowadays is difficult to comprehend how a internet cable connection can be so bad!

From Swisscom to Yallo

Given that Swisscom is the most expensive service provider, I switched to Yallo (arguably cheapest provider !) for compounded annual savings.

It's no miracle that quality significantly declined with with the decline in price. I went from having coverage all over Switzerland to having coverage most of the time. I went from having 40mb/s mobile internet to having 2-7 mb/s internet.

Nonetheless, since I have an XXL package with Yallo, roaming abroad is at the same rates as the providers abroad offer, which are far better!

I'm not yet a corporate executive who needs the best connection at all times, so to be honest, I'll deal with the inconveniences and just be annoyed from time to time. I won't switch back to Swisscom, who are just as much crooks as this provider!

Any case, if you NEED fast mobile internet, forget Yallo. Otherwise, it's not all that bad.

Be very aware

Be very aware of the tactics of this provider. Even though I got a month by month plan with them, when I cancelled to move to the competition they charge me cancellation fees - On what??? as I had no Contract. When I refused to pay they gave my debt to a collection agency that damaged my credit history. Be aware and think twice before becoming a customer. Too bad that I cannot give zero stars

A fraudsters paradise: lacking security and incapable customer service

I have numerous examples of MAJOR the security isssues and vulnarabilitiee of yallo customer portal and general customer service practices. SUPER INSECURE.
When I tried complaining to the customer care - I was ignored (chat, call, info at yallo.ch).

Where do I go next? I have an active fraud going on my account (session hijacking), but after spending hours on the support calls and chats I am getting nowhere. Just every time I contact I am promised a call back and that that the case has been escalated. So what do I do?

If you want to have problems and waste…

If you want to have problems and waste your time calling customer support this is your company. Do not hesitate to sign up for one of their plans to get lots of frustration and dissatisfaction.

If you have an enemy in life, I would sign them up, you will ruin their days.

Awful customer service

Shockingly bad customer service when trying to cancel.
They can sign you up online no problem, but to cancel, you need to speak to a human 'to provide you best customer experience'.
Getting hold of a human is a nightmare, particularly if you don't have international calling. The provided chat bot never has any human monitoring, and claims to create tickets which are never answered.
Got stung with a data bill when crossing over to Germany despite not even using the phone, the device's background tasks (not downloading anything) were sufficient to incur 20CHF.
Giving 2 stars because the call quality was fine.

Fraud. Not respecting their own rules

They never respond to plan cancellation requests even if you contact them to the channel they require for this purpose. I’ve now been trying to contact them for weeks and nobody ever comes back to me. The standard support just keeps asking me to try the right channel again and again. So it looks like you could just as well be paying forever

WARNING SCAM, SCAM, SCAM…

I signed recently a monthly 4G mobile Internet subscription at CHF 39.- with a discount of CHF 30.- and it is clearly indicated on my contract that the rate to be paid is CHF 9.-. First scam, I receive invoices of CHF 10.- per month. At this stage, I did not want to nbother about the unjustified 1 Swiss franc if only the service was correct.
To my great disappointment, the internet connection is around a few hundred KBPS and often less than 100 KPBS!

Cherry on the cake, the hotline number is chargeable and they have an awful contact center.

IF ONLY I HAD KNOWN. Terrible company. Avoid at any cost. Make pictures of every document you see as the contract they send you is not what you ordered. Beware of their billing. Contract clearly shows free ebill when they charge you CHF 4 for paperless bill. They did not apply the promotion they were offering.

Never and never again.
Mobile internet even with activated 5G absolute trash. Very slow outside of city. In some cities doesn’t work at all even if you see all bars of coverage.
Terrible quality of mobile internet. Running away from Yallo to other provider.
Home internet - total zero quality service. Cancelled contract with my previous provider. Yallo did change activation to middle of August!!!!!!!!! This is not acceptable at all. If no internet today - all the best Yallo.

Horrible experience with Yallo!
Made a new contract because last year paid 3 times more of extra cost due to international data & call charges. Changed the contract with Super Fat XXL to have all inclusive abroad. Ended up not being able to use data (that is included on the plan) in France. Called tech support, and didnt sort the issue. No solution for this issue.its unknown why I cannot use data, since my phone is working properly and all software updated.
Now, I have a extra bills to pay of the calls to the tech support!!! Its not an honest service and honest company.
Waste of money and resources.

This is the worst company. They will scam you on the invoices they send you and then send additional invoices with more fees. The phone support was rude and non-helpful. Stay away, it is an amateur circus.
