Very easy to find exactly what we needed. Booking two cottages and having the door details on there I could email and ask how to book two next to each other. They responded very quickly with a couple of choices and great clear instructions. Very happy indeed.

Booking system worked well, didn’t crash, easy to navigate. Confirmation mail with booking details received soon afterwards. Yellow staff answered any queries I had in advance of booking day.

Easy to book and good information on the website. I found the booking process straightforward.

Financial institutions have flag that there isn't a match between the business name and IBAN provided. They won't allow the credit payments to go through the app or via online banking, unless forced and at a consumers own risk. There seems to be an issue on the back end that keeps the financial institutions from wanting to take on the risk of making the payments. More of a headache then it should be when dealing with an established business like Yelloh.

I was looking at a 6 berth, 2 bath cabin. There was a lot of availability and then none and then one which was much more than I’d originally found. I have booked and received confirmation but am left with the feeling I’ve panic booked and paid about €400 euro than I’d first found. Even at the end of the process it wasn’t immediately confirmed, although the confirmation came very quickly

Very easy to navigate the site and book. Booking process was very easy and satisfactory. Did not take very long at all.
