everything that could go wrong, did but it didn't matter.

The process was made very difficult due to our old school lines, technology, previous supplier and open reach - everything that could go wrong did! but Michaela kept me so up to date and chased everything for me and was very friendly and approachable. Keith and Ross the engineers were great, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. All three are assets to your team.

Michael Thomson

Michael Thomson did a brilliant job today. I called him about our internet dropping intermittently and within an hour he had contacted our IT Support company and between them have made changes to affect positive change. Michael also offered to call me on Monday to follow up and find out if there were still any issues. Fantastic customer service! Thanks Michael :)

Siobhan was friendly, helpful and had all our information on hand and could easily explain the breakdown of charges and any exceptional charges that I had queried. She also provided information about our contract length and account manager which was useful as I was not involved in setting up our contract with Yellowcom.

Amazing

The effort and knowledge that Keely supplied regarding our new contract was amazing and very professional. She ran it very smoothly and I can't thank her enough for all her help and hard work, Also Gavin was very impressive regarding the new phones and set up and swiftly posted them out to us as we needed them in a hurry which was exceptional and we were very happy!!
