The Projects team work with local authorities on the management and delivery of their funded schemes. Our ECO team work with our accredited installer network to help provide funding and more on installations through the Energy Company Obligation and Great British Insulation Scheme funding.

Very Helpful Representative

Luke rang me at the time I'd been advised. He was friendly and helpful. He took the time to search for any help I might be entitled to and actually listened to my concerns. Unfortunately, as I live in a park home, this is something the Government doesn't seem to consider very much when coming up with their various schemes. How much help I'll be able to get is up for debate, but I can't praise Luke highly enough for his understanding of my problems.

The phone call was very helpful. Not entitled anything. We have been referred to the Citizen Advice bureau to see if my husband entitled to attendance allowance.

I have experience frustration and…

I have experience frustration and stress waiting for their call for more then a month and finenaly when they called they said they cannot help and offered to refere me to someone else, I couldn't go through the stress again so I rejected that.
Waisted my time and energy.

A good experience

I was happy with every aspect of the procedure. In agreement with most other reviewers, I was impressed with the great care shown by all of the people. both the folk whom I saw at my home as well as those whom I did not see, but who were pleasant and polite over the 'phone. Over all it was a good experience.
Well done everybody involved.

Fabulous helpful advice!

I had a really great, personalised advice chat with my Advisor, they made sure that everything was really clear and i felt i was not rushed when I struggled to understand or work through information which i do usually struggle with, Something I fear was transformed into a really friendly chat with all my difficulties and challenges taken into consideration, my advisor showed me empathy and kindness leaving me with a feeling of being heard and seen, Which is such a refreshing change! Thankyou Lee for taking the time to go through everything with me, and for sending lots of signposting and information for further investigation in my own time.

Excellent customer service by Prav

The very friendly, excellent customer service skills of Prav Makh! Speaking clearly and explaining everything to me and accepting my constant interruptions! Made me feel very comfortable explaining about my health issues. And l have had a positive outcome in receiving a grant. Prav also told me about schemes l was unaware of to assist with my health and purchasing white goods. Excellent service, Thankyou
