Very Helpful Representative
Luke rang me at the time I'd been advised. He was friendly and helpful. He took the time to search for any help I might be entitled to and actually listened to my concerns. Unfortunately, as I live in a park home, this is something the Government doesn't seem to consider very much when coming up with their various schemes. How much help I'll be able to get is up for debate, but I can't praise Luke highly enough for his understanding of my problems.

I have experience frustration and stress waiting for their call for more then a month and finenaly when they called they said they cannot help and offered to refere me to someone else, I couldn't go through the stress again so I rejected that.

I was happy with every aspect of the procedure. In agreement with most other reviewers, I was impressed with the great care shown by all of the people. both the folk whom I saw at my home as well as those whom I did not see, but who were pleasant and polite over the 'phone. Over all it was a good experience.
