It is a great way to earn money and I find it interesting to see what questions there are and often can relate them to current issues. My only negative is that I fall into a demographic which is often full before I have a chance to join the surveys.

I’ve been doing Y live surveys for a few years now. The surveys are simple and interesting to take part in. The value of the survey, £1 - £4 is posted before you start. When you reach £50 a bacs payment is made.

Been with this company for years
Been with this company for years. They pay when they say they will. I just wish I had more surveys and a little bit higher rewards. But I feel blessed to be able to receive surveys and payment… THANK YOU
All good never any problems
Don't dare complain!
Had regularly completed surveys for many years, despite them always taking more time to complete than those they state. However, since I have been notifying them when surveys take 200% to 600% more time to complete than they indicate, my account has been unilaterally closed. Really disappointed that I have been punished for calling out their dishonesty. To add insult to injury, they did not even have the decency to tell me they were closing my account or paying the money they owed me.

Usually screened out!
I get screened out of about 95% of reviews I'm invited to participate in - usually and annoyingly after answering about 30% of the questions! It therefore takes over 2 years to reach the payout threshold.

Caution advised
Caution advised! I joined Y Live around 2022 and it was definitely one of the better paying survey companies and i've made a fair amount of money from them
Here comes the big BUT! They have this claim that they pay £1 per 5 minutes on a survey. Of course this can only be a rough estimate, but these days their surveys often take twice as long to complete as the time they advise. So much so i've stopped doing their longer studies, 15 minunt studies taking 30 minutes etc, on occasion i've quit surverys as they were taking so long.
I now think when I reach my next payday I will be closing down my account. Tried a 5 minute £1 study yesterday, after 12 minutes it still wasn't finished, I gave up on it.
I put comments about the time these surveys are taking in their feedback, but there's never any acknowledgment of this.

Where is my Money?
I have never had a problem with this site and have been a member for many years. However, I had reached the £50 threshold on January 1st. Great, help with Christmas spending. But no £50 payment hit my bank account. (It is now February 22nd.) My bank details are wrong but I cannot correct them, every time I try I get an error message. I have emailed several times. YLive had already said they would deduct £8.50 from my hard-earned payment as the BACS bounced back. Not my fault! They then reduced the deduction to £2.50 - not impressed. Said they'd raise a cheque payment on the 16th - 7 days ago. So where is it? As a loyal longstanding member I am beyond frustrated with this farce. Surveys are long and frequently boring, but I do them and expect fair remuneration. This is not fair!
And, depending on which device I try to complete surveys on, they quite often lock up and I can’t reopen them on a different device. Pages just refuse to accept my interaction. And YLive are never helpful when I complain so I miss out on £££s.
Finally received a cheque today, 59 days since I ‘earned’ the money - and I still need to pay it into my bank. (28 February, qualified for payment 1 January.)
AVOID Y LIVE SURVEYS LIKE THE PLAGUE
Things started off great. Completed the odd survey here and there, quickly built up the 50 points required to exchange for £50. Received payment fine. Then the surveys got impossible to complete. I'd sit there for 20 minutes doing a survey only for the last question to fail.
BUT HERES THE WORST PART.....
I built up 50 points again which took me about 6 months to do, and then i unsubscribed from the constant barrage of emails i was getting from them. They were non stop, and it was pointless trying to complete any surveys because they kept failing and it would take me weeks to just get 2 or 3 points. I contacted Y Live to ask where my £50 payment was back in december and they tried blaming me for not receiving the payment because i unsubscribed to their emails. (that is not an excuse). I tried to log in, but it wont let me, i tried to reset password and I get a message saying they have sent me a password reset email (THEY HAVNT). I emailed them again, and they said they would pay me by cheque as early as possible. It is going on for 3 months now and I have received no payment. THEY SIMPLY WILL NOT ANSWER ANY EMAILS EITHER. There is no contact telephone number for them (i wonder why)
EVERYONE AVOID Y LIVE LIKE THE PLAGUE. YOU WILL SPEND HALF YOUR LIFE TRYING TO BUILD UP TO 50 POINTS ONLY FOR THEM NOT TO PAY YOU AND NOT ANSWER YOUR EMAILS
