I recently visited Alan and his team to start the process of remortgaging and to discuss buying and selling in the future. As a sole home owner, I find this whole process daunting and was worrying about it for months before I met the team at Your Next Step, who put me at ease straight away. Alan and Lynn talked me through all the processes and were there to answer any questions I had. Great firm who were very professional and are clearly very good at what they do. One of their advisors, Chris, was very easy to work with, was extremely helpful with any queries, helped my Girlfriend and I fully understand the mortgage which we were undertaking, and most importantly got us a great mortgage deal.
