They don't care about how the product arrives, even if it is completely shattered. Very poor customer service. I feel robbed.

Selection and price ranges are great. There is something for every occasion and budget. I have ordered over a dozen to different locations and they arrive on time, every time.

Avoid this company. Products you select are substituted for other products without any warning (one of which was nuts which is risky for allergies), the balloon we ordered was completely deflated as well. In total 4 of the items we ordered were either not up to scratch or substituted for other less ideal items. When I emailed to complain I was asked to share pictures of substituted items...when I did this I was told "we can substitute items", so there really was no need to ask me to get the pictures. I would advise against using this company. Very bad experience

I had received a YORKVILLE gift a bit ago. When I had to decline a friends wedding celebration, automatically thought that a YORKVILLE gift would be a perfect surprise
, after the fact .. order was easy, delivered in great time and my friend was over the moon to receive such a beautiful gift

Used from UK to send a gift to sis in Toronto. Good selection of gifts and process was very easy. Delivery status was updated and proof of delivery provided. Sis was delighted with the gift and the standard of packaging etc

I was very happy with my experience. I was quite nervous ordering from a new website from a country I domt live in and so I was not sure if I could trust it. However the lads from yorkvilles made a great effort at organisomg the present.

My daughter lives in BC and I live in Alberta. She had a significant birthday coming, and I I wanted to send a basket of treats with champagne. I literally scoured the internet searching deals for two days. Yorkville's had the greatest options- you can tell they've put thought into what clients would like to send as well as how the gift will be received.

The entire package is beautiful and creates anticipation out of the gate. With each element unwrapped, my daughter was more excited and felt the sense of occasion that I had hoped.

This gift basket exceeded all expectation and will remain the memory of a wonderful family experience, shared across miles, but felt for years to come.

I live in Australia and was looking to send a dear friend (ex-pat) living in Toronto a living and lasting gift for her birthday. I looked at several similar gift stores/florists and chose Yorkville’s as they had positive reviews and a good selection of potted plants.
I found the website easy to navigate. the communication from the business clear and responsive and best of all my friend was very excited to receive her beautiful potted succulent garden. Thanks Yorkville”s for making this experience seamless.

I ordered two baskets a month in advance for an event and they only delivered one. When I called, I spoke to both a manager and a supervisor who couldn’t have cared less. Their only “solution” was to give me a refund or drop off the missing basket the next day — completely useless if it’s after my event. I even offered to pick it up myself or send someone to pick it up to fix their mistake but the second basket wasn’t even made and I was told that’s a “service they do not provide.” In other words, they messed up, and then refused to do anything meaningful to make it right or take any accountability for it. This company clearly doesn’t value its customers. Do not recommend at all
