I am a frequent Yorkvilles customer because they do such a wonderful job with EVERYTHING involved with the gift ordering and delivery process. Great products and dependable service.

I have sent a number of Yorkvilles holiday surprises to my Aunt in Vancouver B.C..
The presentation of the basket or boxes is always beautiful and the contents are high quality. She LOVES them!

Classic Bait and Switch

The products they show on the website are gourmet, high end products. What came in the basket I ordered were things like Planters Peanuts and Crunch-a-Munch. When I complained they responded that they had the right to replace any products. I would highly recommend NOT using this company.

Happy Customers!

I ordered a large basket for my Husband and myself. It was for Valentine's Day/ Anniversary. We enjoyed everything! The chocolate dipped strawberries were fresh and juicy! The chocolate covered pears were also delicious. A first for us! We hadn't had chocolate covered pears before! The Red Velvet cupcakes were BOMB! 😍 I have ordered several gift baskets over the last couple of years from Yorkville. For us, and for family. Always a treat! Thank You!

Great service

My gift basket was for my boss on her birthday, it was delivered in time and the receipient was very satisfied with the bottle of Italian wine and other goodies. The gift basket was nicely packed. I received photos from the courier with a confirmation about the delivery. Thank you very much for such a great service. I will use your company again for my other co-workers!

A very high quality and unique gift…

A very high quality and unique gift idea. Yorkville has numerous options to choose from plus add ons. It’s shipped in solid packaging and the presentation is outstanding. I got one for my sister’s 60th birthday and she was in awe on it.

I was going to write a review for Yorkvilles, before you sent this! It was very difficult to find anyone who would ship to Canada, let alone a tiny town in Saskatchewan! Then to be able to customize was amazing. The client's family I was sending this comfort basket to needed healthy snacks/fruit, not a bunch of sugar and processed food. I can't begin to tell you what a beautiful job you did, exceptional! They loved everything! And it looked amazing. A+ work all the way. I send gifts to Canada quite often. I will be using your company in the future, for certain!

fruit basket unconsumable

I ordered a fruit basket in sympathy for a relative. The delivery service left the fruit basket on the porch and did not ring the doorbell or call ahead to see if the person was home. It was left there outside during a snow weather event for 24 hours, and the fruit was frozen and unconsumable by the time it was discovered. The company was not willing to come up with any resolution for this problem.

Good choice and efficient delivery

You provided the facility for choice in what goes into the hamper. Very few companies do this with the result that people often end up with items they don't like. Also the delivery was on time and the recipient didn't have to wait in all day.

Failure to Ship Order + Misrepresentation of Delay

I placed a Christmas gift order on 12/10 and intentionally selected a future delivery date of 12/22 to ensure arrival by Christmas. I received an order confirmation and tracking number, but several days later, the tracking still showed that the package had not been tendered to USPS. When I contacted customer service, it became evident that Yorkville had created a shipping label but had not actually shipped the order, and was unaware of this until I reached out. This is not a carrier or weather delay; the package had never entered the mail stream. Despite this, Yorkville characterized the issue as a courier delay and declined to refund shipping costs, even though the delay resulted from an internal fulfillment failure rather than transit issues. No meaningful resolution or accountability was offered. For a time-sensitive holiday purchase, this level of oversight and the subsequent response from customer service were unacceptable. Customers should be aware that label creation does not equate to shipment, and issues may not be identified unless the customer monitors and intervenes. I hope Yorkville’s leadership reviews this experience and addresses both fulfillment controls and customer service escalation practices.
