My experience with Mallory was very…good

My experience with Mallory was very good. She is very knowledgeable and polite as well as thorough in her explanation. Unfortunately the quote was rather expensive compared to my current insurer. Regards Keith

It should not be the responsibility of…

It should not be the responsibility of the insured to colour match the roof considering several contractors had been on the roof over a 6 month period. The contractors should have colour matched with a swatch and then the insured should have approved the colour. Now my new roof does not match m gutters of the section of roof that was not replaced. This may affect the re-sale value of my house if I decide to sell.

Just fantastic

Omg!!! I saved around $2000/year what a difference. Kevin was easy to talk to and has excellent communication skills. My car was valued at a higher rate than my previous insurer. So happy with the service and policy. Thank you youi !!!!

Starting out with one policy now I have 3

Starting out with one policy now I have 3 takes a little while to get through the process but after having a look through the quote and reviewing it quite quickly over the phone with the company representative changed a few options and adjusted pricing very quickly. Hopefully never have to deal with the claim side of things but if it’s anything like the service I had with this new policy I feel confident that it all would go smoothly

Requested a callback from Youi for a…

Requested a callback from Youi for a simple address change. Callback came within the hour and first operator was lovely(sorry, didn't remember to write down her name) very polite and helpful. Got connected to Steve who was so friendly and super helpful. Checked my policy and got me the best deal based on my new details. Fantastic service from the start. Thanks Team!!
