Jade for Prime Minister

I was skeptical of needing to call to get a quote but it turned out to be such a great experience - Jade is a 11/10 in customer service and deserves a hefty pay rise, thanks so much Jade!

So nice to talk to Aust-based people.

So nice to talk to Aust-based people who understand our needs and are willing to go further to offer us the best service and deal! As some reviews gave high ratings on Claims processes, that was another incentive to choose Youi - and am happy with the cost too!

Much cheaper

It has honestly done my head in looking for car insurances, however the two people that I spoke to made this journey mush easier even when I said I wanted time to think about the different quotes. Youi was cheaper that other insurances.

Effordless & great service

I have always had an issue with insurance companies. You pay your premium year after year and then when you finally need something you have to fly through flaming hoops.

This is not the case with Youi. Their staff were helpfull, able to make decisions. It was al handled over one phonecall and one email.

I highly recommend.

Very efficient and professional service

The person I spoke to was courteous and very helpful and most importantly, he knew what he was talking about and was able to give the right advice without necessarily pushing me to buy the insurance. He just wanted to make sure I had the right cover for what I needed and guided me,

They refused to allow me to fix my car

They refused to allow me to fix my car. A 25 year old, increasingly rare hilux. I cannot believe I insured with Youi chasing cheaper premiums. They told me that it was uneconomical to repair and refused to allow me to repair it myself or even return it to me despite the fact it is my car. The damage was purely cosmetic, they admitted as such in their quote. Perfectly good car thrown in the scrap. It only had 220k kms on it! It would've lasted another 10 years.

Un-environmental, absurdly expensive to replace and they destroyed something that was important and close to my heart.

Great communication with Youi

I had a lovely consultant called Angel to help me through my home insurance.
. She was very professional knowledgeable and very very patient.
I am going to give her 10/10 and say she is a great asset to Youi.
I eventually made a decision which was the best for me and I’m glad I am with Youi .

Jake was amazing with his service and…

Jake was amazing with his service and knowledge of his products. He continued to call me back a number of times while I checked other companies for pricing & products. He sold me two policies that were better cover & priced well below any other of the companies.
I recommend him to anyone looking for well priced insurance
