Steve was very friendly and easy to talk to, understood my requirements and actioned as required. I have been with YOUi since 2010.

I selected a start day for thursday but my dealer told me I had to wait another week

I selected a start date for my insurance policy, and the coverage began on that exact day. However, I realized I needed to change the start date and called them on that very same day to request the adjustment. Unfortunately, the money had already been taken out of my bank account immediately. When I spoke to customer service to get the date changed and sort this out, they were not helpful at all. Very disappointed with the lack of flexibility and support.

Youi car repair

Youi made the start of the repair process very easy and staff were helpful.
TransPacific Body Repairs continued in the same way. Their damage assessment was done well, kindly and with no fuss. The repairs were also done efficiently and well.
All staff have all been kind and helpful with being condescending.

Youi solved everything

I recently had to make a claim with Youi, and the whole experience was much easier than I expected. The claims team was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. They handled everything efficiently, answered my questions clearly, and made what could have been a stressful situation much more manageable. I'm very happy with the service I received and appreciate how smoothly everything was resolved. I would definitely recommend Youi to anyone looking for reliable car insurance.

Really recommended

The service from this guys was very helpful from the start. I had an accident with a person without insurance, and the guy from the claim department he make me feel looked after without stress me more after what happen .

Great Customer Service

When I initially contacted Youi Insurance, it was to get a quote for our house and contents insurance. Although Wayne was courteous and understood our insurance needs,and explained the necessary insurance information, the quote was unfortunately not within our budget at this time and was also more expensive than what we are currently paying with our current insurer. We did however take out 2 car insurance policies which Wayne was able to help us with.

DISAPPOINTED

After all the advertising you do, I was flabbergasted to get a quote that was THE MOST EXPENSIVE of all the quotes I got. (8)
I nearly fainted when she told me the price.
I explained what I was paying with Suncorp already, & she said we’ll see what we can do for you. Well once she told be the figure, more than what I was already paying, I politely said NO THANKYOU!!!!

Although we didn't proceed with youi…

Although we didn't proceed with youi because of price and what they were offering Zac who I spoke with was amazing throughout our whole conversation. He called me back after I mentioned I would be getting more quotes to see how I went. There was no pressure pure professional.

Youi Lived up to their Ads for saving money for Insurance.

The man who served me I believe his name is Claudius was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful and I felt he really was doing the best deal for me. I saved about $410 dollars which is a big saving for a person on a pension. I have seen their ads on TV and thought I would get a quote, and I did not tell them what my quote was from a Company I have been with over 6 years and I was blown away. Just give them a call when your insurances come up.

I would of given a 5 star rating if I…

I would of given a 5 star rating if I didn't have to wait so long for youi to mark my claim as not at fault when I was the innocent party involved in a hit and run I supplied dash cam footage showing the car that hit me and got the registration number filed a police report and supplied the event number then I was told I had to pay the excess of I wanted my car repaired or to wait for however long it takes for the police to track down the person responsible thus happened on the 20/02/26 and my car was not repaired until 29/06/26

Youi Car accident claim easy

I am with Youi second years on Comprehensive Car Insurance.
Today I accidentally hit someone Car. Contact me by Ms Emma Youi claim officer. She did provided everything i need to have my claim approved also montly payment for the access cost.
