I ordered some valentine's day crackers for my wife through wowcher
I was sent His crackers instead
Dispite sending numerous emails I have had no response

Joke of a ‘Swarovski’ advent it was fake and of course broke after 2 days total cheap trash.... of course they never reply to email and 6 week later still awaiting money back - despite me paying more money to send this junk back.

Avoid wowcher too they are just as bad, awful company.

Ordered Christmas crackers in December arrived jan 8th company did not reply to any emails until I got PayPal involved. Item is absolutely rubbish

Had communication from merchant after I inquired to Wowcher about delayed post. Company outlines delivery policy on their website which at the best is a rough guide.

I am lucky I purchased this item via wowcher saving 90% of total price. Overall happy for the Item to be given to a 13 year old, would think twice about paying the price stated on their website. If customer service was thing and they sent items out quick, the positive experience would outweigh the price and average quality.

Dropped stars on postage price and week long delay.
Dropped stars for not initiating communication for delayed posting.

Happy with product. for a total of £14.00 I cannot complain at all, on the right people the bracelet has the potential to look it is worth a million dollars.

I ordered my crackers on 18th December - they promised to deliver by 20th. Nothing. No response to various emails and no contact number (i should have seen this as a warning).

Until today, when they arrive. Absolutely no use now. DON’T TOUCH THIS BUSINESS WITH A BARGE POLE.

Ordered I paid and nothing came plus if you speak with anyone they will ask you Hu are you after what you ordered and in the end you have wrong number.they can sell nothing again .

I too never received the crackers I ordered and am now going through PayPal to get my money back . I bought them on mighty deals and have received one item ordered 15th got it on 18th so not all sellers on mighty are bad but this lot must be scammers as no way of contact and at one point Taylor’s-jewellers.com mentioned and they had a contact number I phoned twice and the second time was told they’d left the building with no forwarding address and that loads of people had been ringing up complaining of goods not received !

If I could give 0 stars I would have contacted customer service through email a number of times no response I wish I would have read these reveiws before I ordered 2 advent calendars 60euro later and no sign of them supposed to be delivered on the 3rd of december. It is now the 16th. DO NOT BUY!!!

Be careful with this website I return my item on a signed postal and someone named holly signed for it
But I never got my refund message them and they ignored me so having to go thought paypal for my money back

I bought two swarovski advent calendars on the 13th November through GoGroopie.. One transaction and didn't realise it needed two postage payments, anyway paid one so transaction completed for first on 13th November and 2nd on 20th.received nothing and everytime I emailed or messagedvGoGroopie I was told I needed to give merchant 7 days. I never once received reply from merchant. Please avoid both of these sellers... Dreadful.. You have been warned..

This company is a crook, they take your money and don't deliver the goods.
This was for my daughter, looking forward to opening her first day of her calendar.

I fell into the Advent Calendar trap as well. Just shocking quality I am surprised they haven't been closed down BUT even worse are Wowcher. I would warn any off dealing through them. They are a disgrace. They just wash their hands of any responsibility SWAROVSKI seriously you are having a laugh

I too wish I'd read the reviews on this Swarovski advent calendar. Very disappointing. Cheap and nasty. Only saving grace is that I didn't pay £99. Didn't come with enough black bags for the charms and calendar itself looks like a child made it. Lesson learned

I’m on benefits so rarely treat myself but thought this was lovely. What came was a crappy calendar for a child the quality was terrible they advertise this as should be £99 it’s barely worth £9. They have said they will refund but i have to pay postage even though I’ve paid £25 including postage in first place wowcher have a different description to what they claim. They have said to Use special delivery incase they don’t receive it??? Alarm bells again... I’m not sure if I even want to post it back, my gut is saying they won’t refund... DO NOT BUY OFF THESE PEOPLE.....

Gosh I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered the jewel advent calendar. It arrived, looks cheap and tacky

Very false wording on advertising.

My Grandson asked me to buy an 'I Love You Mum' Heart Pendant Necklace via a Wowcher code for his Mum's birthday. Firstly, it was advertised at £7.99 and I was charged £2.99 postage for standard delivery that I wasn't expecting. It was small enough to be charged 65p for a stamp. Secondly, the product was supposed to be reduced from £49 such that £7.99 would have been a bargain. When it arrived it looked like something from a plastic egg in a vending machine. It's a piece of tat. Unfortunately I can see that many others have been similarly scammed. Don't order products from "YOUR IDEAL GIFT" and/or via WOWCHER unless you want to be bitterly disappointed.

£99 calendar??? More like a 3 year olds pre school art and crafts hour. Do not buy. I've never seen such rubbish

Not worth one star - complete junk. Phone number does not work either. They are complete crooks, I am posting back the items asking for a refund.................

After purchasing this item (Advent calendar)on the 2nd of December 2019,which we still haven't received
I have sent at least 6 emails to the company and only had one email back form someone "named Holly"
On the 13th asking me if I would like to have this item sent again and a free gift would be included as an apology for the inconvenience caused
Well its now the 25th of December and the item has still to materialise can't see this happening to be honest
I would avoid this company and spend my money else where
