Would have left zero but you can’t leave a review without leaving a star. After receiving my advent calendar late (21st) i discovered there were only 22 cheap plastic looking gifts in it, now call me old fashioned but shouldn’t there be 25??, I would contact ideal gift and complain but after reading the other reviews I don’t think I’ll bother

Ordered from them through GoGroopie and the item never arrived. Have messaged them directly and gogroopie several times and no response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 88% reviewed them as 'BAD' on TrustPilot? Need i say more.

Zero stars, very frustrated customer!

Ordered a gift set off Wowcher, been told it's been dispatched a week later no delivery, no tracking information and no answer on email or by phone! The item finally arrived in the wrong colour!! Do not buy from here! I'm expecting a refund but I'm not holding my breath!

So ordered via GoGroopie and received from youridealgift. It is the first time I have ordered an advent calendar as normally do a DIY one for daughter. On initially opening the Swarovski Advent calendar to load up all seemed okay. However as daughter has been opening up the calendar we have had following issues:
The main bracelet broke as soon as we loaded two charms on
Two of the other chains are tangled and one snapped whilst untangling.
Four so far of the charms the holes have been too small for the bracelet anyway and we have had to drill it out to make bigger.
So have contacted youridealgift and also Gogroopie and neither can be bothered to respond. So I would call this expensive price for cheap rubbish. The silence is amazing and there has been no contact to say they will replace. Daughter has items she cannot use. Anybody have a contact number for these guys or do they just hide behind the internet? It would be easy to ignore but they need to replace this faulty item.
I've given both organisations a fair amount of time to come back but neither seem to want to. Youridealgift if you are reading as I have copied you - what do you propose please?

Be very careful of LivingSocial, wowcher etc for even doing business with these scam artists!
5 weeks with no order.... No contact and no answer on their phones.

Just Received my crackers over a month to arrived problem sorted thanks to a lady called Holly.

Ordered some Swarovski Christmas crackers, paid for them then had another another email to pay for p+p separately by redeeming a voucher, what is that all about ? Anyway you can't proceed until you've paid for a voucher so you have no choice but to go ahead unless you want to lose your initial outlay. Anyhow, crackers never arrived no answer to emails from GoGroopie or Your Ideal Gift ( who was the merchant supposedly selling them ) since reading reviews online it seems I'm not alone by being conned from this company. My most recent email to them has resulted in them removing my voucher' no. from their system which makes emailing them a tad harder but I found a way around that, Companies House is a good port of call for info and I shall be of course reporting them to Trading Standards, Action Fraud and Watchdog as these fraudulent companies shouldn't be allowed to get rich on our hard earned money.

Ordered Swarovski crackers via go groopie still haven't got them 5 weeks after redeeming voucher sent emails and was advised order had been cancelled have had to get paypal involved

Ordered a swarvoski bracelet set which has not arrived 2 weeks after the estimated time. I have had no email to state it would be late or even to track it. I have emailed with no response. If I could give zero stars I would

I was very worried when I had read the other reviews. I had ordered through wowcher like may others that have left bad reviews so had panicked and contacted your ideal gift through there website. I had received an email stating they would look into my purchase and get back to me. Then my order arrived! Granted a day late but it arrived! I was dreading opening the package as it was thinner than I had expected. But I was pleasantly surprised when I did! I had ordered a personalised Christmas box with 4 pieces of jewellery and 3 chocolates. I had to construct the box myself and the label printed on was not centred very well. The jewellery was very pretty and no where near as bad as stated in other reviews! Earrings came with relevant backs and the chains are of average length, about 15inches. The crystals may not Swarovski as as advertised but still sparkle nicely. Overall I am very pleased and would think about ordering again.

Ordered the Jewellery Advent Calendar with Gifts made with Crystals from Swarovski ®! with speedy delivery in November ..just received it on 6th of December ..it is rubbish and not worth a quarter of the price paid, the pockets for the plastic baubles not stitched so the items fall straight through and the bits of jewellery are a totall waste..avoid as other reviewers have said..maybe ok at £5 for a 5 year old girl but utter trash and speedy delivery...yeah ok

Ordered Swarovski crackers through wowcher had delivery tracking number, still not received them, phoned delivery group they advised me item had not been released from ideal gift so they cannot deliver, I’ve sent email after email to ideal gift, left messages on voicemail as nobody answers, wowcher have contacted them. These crackers should have been delivered on 28/11/19. So frustrating that you cannot talk to someone

Hi - I was a bit worried about this calendar after reading the reviews (after I'd purchased the calendar!). However, on receipt of the 'Reindeer' Calendar I was very surprised and pleased with the contents. All the jewellery items that were on the photo on the Wowcher Advert were in my pack. I also received 24 small black net bags to put each charm / item into within the advent calendar. I did write to the seller and they confirmed that the items which contained Swarovski crystals were the infinity bracelet, the solitaire pendant necklace & the 8mm drop earrings. There was a good selection of items - bracelet & charms, necklaces & earrings. Item makes an excellent Xmas Gift. Very sparkly items in it too!

Absolute rubbish. Looks like it was made by a child. Calendar is falling apart. Advertised on Wowcher as having Swarovski elements. Should be done for false advertising. DON'T BUT THIS spend your money elsewhere

Absolutely Crap! Iv just received the advent calender, what a disgrace I paid 21.99 and 4pound posting why I just don't know cheap and nasty! And no I didn't look at reviews before hand as I ordered off wowcher!! I got 15 plastic looking charms all 2 of each colour wow, 1 cheap bracelet, 3 necklaces, 4x earrings which on there Web site are mixed for 20 quid again 3 of the same so will I order from wowcher again hmmm I think NOT should be ashamed of youselves (your ideal tat) lesson learnt!. Crap crap crap.

Don't bother.... Ordered via Wowcher, order 5 Advent calendar, tried to cancel within a hour, told to email your ideal gift direct... Which I did after seeing these reviews... They turned up today, horrendous is a understatement. Its false advertising.....

Advent calendar just received. Very Shabby 4 green beads, 2 clear beads, 2 red beads,
4 earings, 3 necklaces, 1 bracelet that wouldn’t fit a child and the rest are cheap tat charms.
Can’t confirm one way or another if there is any Swarovski . The calendar pockets are to small. Better quality calendars can be found at half the price.
BUYER BE WARNED PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Wish i had checked reviews on here before purchasing. My first and only time of using woucher, never again.

Swarovski advent calendar just received. Absolutley rubbish. 4 identical green swarovski?!? beads, 2 identical clear beads, 2 identical red beads, 4 identical swarovski???!! earings, 3 cheap (10 a penny) necklaces, 1 bracelet that wouldnt fit a child and the rest are cheap tat charms. The calendar pockets would not accomodate a penny chew. Better quality calendars in the pound shop. Okay, if it seems to good to be true........BUYER BE WARNED PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. products don't look as nice advertised. After sales service - doesn't exist. E-mailed company to see how I do a return and no one replied. E-mailed again still no reply. Awful company to deal with no help at all. Ended up keeping the unwanted items and learning a valuable lesson!

necklace and earrings were good quality but got a cheap shabby bracelet that turned my wrist green almost straight away
