Terrible, ordered a necklace & received shabby bracelet , trying to contact them and no one answers phone or reply’s to emails .Stay well clear..

I ordered a necklace set through Wowcher. The package arrived really quickly but when I opened it I had just received an empty box. I sent email to the customer service team and then started reading these reviews. I started to get quite concerned but I needn't have worried. My email was responded to the next morning by Monika and my order was sent out that day. The customer service I received from Monika was great, I was very impressed.

Rose Gold Double Swarovski row tri set.. Hasn't arrived no reply to my emails. I had no idea the company was this bad. Never use again.

Ordered a crystal snowflake pendent with chain in the middle of December. Received 2 emails with an update with dates to arrive. But of course it never arrived. After sending many emails which were never replied to and making 3 phone calls which were never answered. What a SCAM. Anybody reading this PLEASE dont use this site! or like me you will be out of pocket

I purchased an advent calendar from wowcher marked down from £197 to £19. I'm not completely naive that I expected something that was actually worth £197 but I had hoped for something worth £19. I was very wrong & received something that was worth less than £10.

Can't give no stars or I would. Will never use Wowcher again. Had problems with every order I have made. Should have had these calendars on 7th Dec but still not got them and YourIdealgift will answer neither my emails or calls. Time for the small claims court I think!!!

Ordered on the 13th November it’s now been five weeks and no sign of my order. These reviews have been awful for over a year so I don’t know why wowcher keep them on their platform

Ordered through wowcher. It is now 4 days past the delivery date and one week since allegedly dispatched. No sign of my product.

Several emails to them and no response whatsoever.

Would appear to be a fraudulent company.

Absolutely ridiculous company. Order has not arrived, nobody returning emails and nobody answering the phone.

If it were possible to give no stars, without giving this review, I would have done so.
The item arrived seven days late so I had already bought another type of Advent calendar, for my wife.
Before I review the product I would like to point out that I wasn't expecting much, for £20, even though the Wowcher advert proclaimed the item was worth ten times more.
What I didn't expect was the tattiest Advent calendar I've ever seen. To be honest the ones in Poundland look more appealing.
The item arrived by Royal Mail and went through my letter box. I couldn't believe it, when I opened the package. The calendar was folded with the jewellery in small plastic bags. The idea is to put the little bags into the pockets, which are too small.
I've asked Wowcher if I can return this unwanted and tardy gift. They have emailed the vendor. Having emailed them, on my behalf, twice, over the late delivery issue, with no response, I don't expect much but I am going to fight this.

Swarovski Advent Calendar

Bought this through Social living a few months ago as seen advertised on various news sites. This item is shockingly bad and clearly falsely advertised / fake. The charms are cheap flee market beads and the advent calendar looks like a 3 yr old put it together at play school. I feel absolutely robbed at the £25 inc postage paid. no response from seller, no surprise. Seriously holding back the urge to swear !!!

Seriously this advent calendar looks like it was made by a kid in art class. The Swarovski charms look like they have come out of a Christmas cracker. I have contacted Swarovski to ask if they are involved with this product as the quality is so bad.
This product is that poor I would be embarrassed to give this to my daughter.
It is advertised as £176 calendar selling for £20 quid, even at 20 quid I feel pipped off. JUST AVOID. !!!

I made an order for an about two weeks ago, it was marked as dispatched and was meant to arrive on the 22nd, I've sent three emails and tried to call numerous times with no response. Kind of glad it hasn't arrived having read the reviews of thier jewellery now....feel I may as well have gone and given £25 away. I'm going to warn anyone who will listen about this company.

Endless emails sent to their customer service but absolutely no reply. Have also tried calling their customer service but no one answers.

Absolute scam.

Don't waste your money and if you see ideal gifts on wowcher buy from somewhere else my item never arrived sent two emails no reply, it seems to be a scam company so steer clear.

Received order had on for One whole hour !!! It broke.Iam so glad I didn't pay full price and used Wowcher or else I would be £50 out of pocket right now

Ordered 2 seperate items via wowcher. Then discovered this page and obviously freaked out over all the bad reviews and was already getting prepared to send them back. The items came within the 5 day time scale and both in good condition. Both jewellery sets. While probably not actually worth the original price stated if bought else where, are very good value for what I paid (£7, and £8 and both sets contain earrings, necklace and tennis bracelet). Each item is incredible sparkly and catches the light beautifully l and will make great presents for my niece and sister for Xmas. Only fault I have is one came in a box with a horrible white cotton type base instead of a proper gift box so will need to replace that. The other one however came in a normal gift box, but each piece was in its on plastic bag to protect it in delivery. I set it all up in the box properly and added a ribbon I had laying around and it looks great! Would buy again.

So the Rose Gold-Plated Tri Set Made with Crystals from Swarovski® finally arrived today when I ordered it on the 15th of August 2018.

As I brought it through wowcher, I thought at first it was an amazing deal as it's supposed to be worth £126.56 ...
I opened the packaging to find it doesn't look anything like they were advertising, the quality is below poor. Feels like the cheap jewellery from a vending machine.
To top it off, the packaging says fashion jewellery! Since when has fashion jewellery been worth £126.56?

So disappointed, I wish I could post photos. Just stay away from Your Ideal Gift
