Calendar arrived 10 days late but good value for money and recipient was happy with it!

Ordered a ring from them through Wowcher - never received item, have tried to contact on numerous occasions with no response - they are an absolute scam, not order from this company. For others that have not received an item or it was poor quality and the company has failed to rectify the issue you can complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

I'm disgusted. Scammed me out of 20 pounds for cheap rubbish and wont answer the phone to anyone. Terrible company who Wowcher should be ashamed to represent.

Have just received my advent calender after countless complaints phone calls and emails..of which none were answered...and I'm disgusted! it is not as described at all it cheap tat...does anyone know how you go about getting a refund and complaining about this company please? Thank you in advance..

Another person to add to the list. Contacted them when first item did not arrive and they were sending another one out. Guess what ? That’s not arrived either ! Raising Dispute through Paypal and calling Trafing Standards this morning

My advent calender finally arrived (due on 20th November) after a lot of chasing. Unfortunately it wasn't worth the wait, the nicer jewellery advertised was not included, instead it was mostly bracelet charms. I've unsubscribed from wowcher and will never use them again!

Total rip off calendar ailed to arrive the company does not respond they answer the phone then hang up WOUCHER first and last time I use you

The same as all the others, item never received and no reply from the company to my e-mails. Disgusted!

As all the other people I too ordered the Callander. Was suppose to arrive 20th. I ordered through wowcher. I too emailed wowcher and ideal gift. I am going to inform trading standard about both companies. Both scammers. Have on disappointed daughter. Will never order from wowcher again. I do not know how they get away with it.

As all the rest I ordered an advent calendar via living social and have not received it. customer service are liars, Living social are usless
I will not be buying from either again.

I ordered through Wowcher a calendar for £24 and has not arrived, supposed to get it by 17th, I have sent emails and got same useless reply of ''send us details'' back. This remind me of Savvybuy last Christmas... I wonder if they are the same people. The ripped thousands of people off and they never got presents for their children.

Advent calendar not received. I paid via Paypal and have escalated a claim through them.

Absoloute joke of a company!!!! Bought an advent calender for my daughter through living social, knew it wouldn't be spectacular but my daughter was happy enough to order it, but it never came so i emailed them, 3 days later they emailed me back to say they had delivered it on the 9th nov..... i ordered it on the 10th!!! They are liars who dont deliver and pocket your money! They are thieves and i am taking it further so they can be shut down!!!

Ordered through wowcher. Item should have been delivered by 10th November. No contact at all. They ignore emails and hang up the phone instead of answering. Absolutely awful service and I am now out of pocket, whereas Wowcher are still advertising the item!!!

As most of the reviews. Ordered christmas calender through wowcher. Not reçeived so chased up. Said had sent it but no proof of posting.
Contcted company who did repind sying would send another. However when asked for tracking details so i could follow up with Royal mail if not delivered. They then stopped the communication.
Very poor service and no transparency with customers who appear to be getting ripped off.

Please don't use this so called company . I ordered a pendant of them for my daughter, that her children choose, and when it arrived it was terrible even one of the children who is 3 years old said she didn't want it as a play necklace because it looked horrible .I have since tried to get a refund but can not get in touch through email, as they don't answer, or by phone because the phone numbers on their site are not recognised. I have kept all the emails I have sent them and pictures of the pendant I received as well as pictures of what it should look like all this information is being sent to trading standards

Ordered a bangle from Living Social. Completely different bangle than advertised arrived. Looks and feels cheap and nasty, not fit for anything other than the bin!!

Ordered a bangle supposed to be Swarovski crystal via woucher, cheap tat that wasn't even the bangle pictured and described in the Woucher offer offer.

It is also tiny and is quite clearly child's costume jewellery.
