Oil delivered promptly, but…
Oil delivered promptly, but wrong amount inexplicably delivered. Took plenty of time and effort to determine what was wrong with the attempted debit to my PayPal account. Good that I was able to speak with a person to get the matter resolved as I hate AI

My YourNRG experience
Delivered the oil ok but the guy didn’t shut my back gate as instructed so left it swinging open while I was out at work. Anyone could have walked in on my property. What was the point in asking for any pre delivery instructions?
YourNRG promised to come back to me in 24 hours to answer my complaint ( twice) but haven’t done so. Not happy.
Oh so now you can reply because of my review on Trust pilot. Pity that you didnt reply the two times I made a complaint to your customer services! How dare you make me out to be a liar! I wrote on the order form for the driver to close the gate. Why would I want it left open for anyone to walk in on my property! I dont make complaints for no reason!

We are pleased to hear that your delivery was completed successfully, however we are sorry to learn of your concerns regarding the gate being left open.
Having checked the delivery instructions held on your account, we cannot see any instruction advising the driver to close or secure the gate after completing the delivery. As such, the driver would have left the gate as it was found upon arrival.
That said, we do appreciate your concerns and understand why this would be frustrating, particularly when you were away from the property at the time. We have also checked our records and have been unable to locate any previous complaints relating to this matter.
If you would like us to investigate this further, please contact us at sales@yournrg.co.uk with your account details and any additional information, and we will be happy to review the matter in more detail.
