Great service
Great service, but was lucky we were at home to unlock the gate!! Should have messaged me the day before delivery. As per instructions!!! Other than that, the driver was very friendly and efficient.

Uncooperative driver!!
Waited in all day for delivery, I then watched the tanker pass my house rang the company and they told me that the drive was too narrow for the tanker, I told them that there were alternative delivery points and if the driver rang me I would liaise with him, they just rang back and said he wouldn’t return and the delivery would be delayed so I had to take another day off of work to give access, never had any problems with any other company

Having investigated this further, we understand that the driver who originally attended was unaware that there was an alternative access point which was suitable for a standard-sized tanker. As a result, the delivery was incorrectly deemed inaccessible and was not completed on the first attempt.
We appreciate that this was disappointing, particularly after you had waited in for the delivery and offered to assist by directing the driver to the alternative access route. We understand how frustrating this must have been.
That said, we are pleased that the delivery was successfully rescheduled and completed within the original delivery window. We have also shared your feedback with the relevant team to help prevent similar issues in the future and to ensure drivers are aware of all available access options before a delivery is postponed.
