John came round on a bank holiday a few hours after I rang and charged me the same for the two bees nests he found when I thought there was only one - very quick attendance, professional and recommended.

Phoned today as I thought I had a wasp nest and it turned out to be an invasive bee . John spotted it with his naked eye outside. Was very informative and how to deal with it. His knowledge gave me confidence in knowing the job would be done properly. John was professional and friendly and dealt with problem straight away. I would certainly recommend the company for both professionalism and price. There was no hidden agenda. Thankyou so much.

A fantastic service from Your Pest Control. I phoned on behalf of my elderly mum and were reassured from my initial enquiry where I was informed all staff were DBS checked. I was given the name of the person who would go to my mum’s and directed to the website for a photo of the staff member so that I could send this through to my mum! I was kept fully up to date (as the weather was wet but the forecast was to dry up). Deane phoned me 20 mins before arriving at my mum’s so I could let her know. Deane was very friendly, did a thorough job and kept my mum informed- she was extremely pleased. I even received a text following Deane’s visit to update me. I cannot thank Your Pest Control and Deane for a first class service and would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

Saw what I thought were wasps (actually turned out to be tree bees) around my guttering Saturday morning, looked online and this website popped up. It was the only one that stated a price and was available at the weekend, so I gave them a call. The lady on the phone was lovely and they were at my house within 2 hours.
So friendly and knowledgeable and a good price.

Dean got the job done with care and professionalism. He answered all my questions and advised me on other parts of the house. He even delved into a tree that I’d heard noises from but that was clear. The job was done by Saturday afternoon and I was able to get on with my day.

I rang up thinking I had a wasp nest, 2 hours later I felt like I knew all about Siberian Tree Bees.

Dean is probably the best workman ever to come to my house, from a place I just found on the internet that morning!

Outstanding, friendly and professional service from Your Pest Control. Came out the same day I contacted them and Dean located and treated 3 separate Nests quickly, along with giving me information on what he had done and the species that we was having problems with.
Excellent service and will definitely use again if we have any further problems.

I would recommend your pest control I rang them today and someone came out within a couple of hours. Dean was professional friendly knowledge and efficient. He explained everything to me then got on with his job. I did look around first but no one could come out on the same day and for the price they charged. Your pest control came as a recommendation to me too from someone else who was very happy with their service.

Excellent service, rang at 1030am due to wasp/bee infestation, asked could they arrive before 2pm and Dean arrived, dealt with the issue, removed a nest all by 1330. Great service, very polite and explained everything he was doing and had done... Thank you and highly recommended

Excellent service I phoned at 5.45 last night and I got a phone call this morning with a time slot, within 15 mins the problem was sorted, really friendly left me an information sheet and I could even pay with card am defo saving the number to my phone wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again. Fantastic service. Came out the same day to treat a wasps' nest in my loft. Very polite and considerate worker, even put on shoe coverings to protect my stairs/landing carpet. Explained everything well and left an information sheet with details about what had been done and products that had been used to kill the wasps. Would highly recommend to anybody! Was able to pay by card too, which was great :)

Excellent service, came out within an hour of calling to make the appointment. Carried out the treatment and then returned the day after to proof the area. Both occasions they were very pleasant and would definitely recommend them to others.

Can’t thank these guys enough! I panicked having found my hall stairs and landing full of wozzers that had come in through the outside wall and called ‘Your Pest Control’ in a bit of a state of panic! Paul calmly reassured me that they would be be able to call out same day able to sort it and he and John came out to me within less than an hour! Both lovely friendly gents had the nest sorted and those buzzing around inside my house in no time at all. I also had a number of holes on the outside walls and John and Dean returned 2 days later as arranged and done a great job filling these holes in to ensure no return of the pests! This is a warm and friendly highly experienced family company who are so affordable and will not rip you off. I highly recommend them for all your pest control needs. Thanks a million guys.
