This company is a scam.
I order some custom sleeves in July and the days went by after the order and they never updated the information about them sending the product so about 3 weeks after not hearing anything i sent them a message about the order where they answered with auto answer about being sorry about the delay and so on so I just kept waiting hoping for the best.
About two and a half weeks after that i still had not heard anything so I wrote again where they said that I can get a refund or wait some more so I waited and now there have been another 3 weeks and still nothing.

I have asked them for the money back and hope they atleast give that but during this whole process they have not written me anything about the order more then answer my emails and never talked about any kind of compensation so that is why I think this company is a scam and no one should buy anything from them.

Great quality playmat, the art came out beautifully. Great customer service too with a quick response time. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love it amazing mousepad

There was no active communication to me, the customer. There was no proof that was sent. When I reached out to support I was given some boiler plate response as to why my order was late. The order took 20 business days to receive my order when they promise no longer than 15 business days. When I did receive my product, it was the wrong image on my mat. I cannot trust this company with my business and you shouldn't with yours. The star is in the hope I will receive my refund promptly.

If you want sleeves tomorrow, don't get them here. It took about 4 weeks to get my sleeves, custom art 120 borderless, and I gotta say, worth the cost and the wait. I can't be more clear on this, twice the wait would have been worth it.
I have some Ultra-Pro sleeves I got few years back. Shuffling always took a bit of time, but that's just the way it was. These sleeves shuffle like butter. They shuffle so well that I'm debating on replacing all of my sleeves with them (no joke.)
The sleeves are durable, take a bit of strength to tear apart, so don't worry about wear and tear.

Experience was great - while shipping times were long (which they were communicative about before the order) Product arrived on time and intact which is all that really matters. they reached out to help me with my design and the final product is exactly what I wanted.

I'm glad Your Playmats offers custom sizes since I wanted a pretty specific size for a desk mat (16 x 47). The support team were quick, response, and friendly with me! We discussed the image quality and the crop. They made sure I was okay with everything before proceeding to next steps. The final desk mat looks beautiful and the image kept all the color and sharpness!

I have 5 total custom playmats so far from this company. I could not be more pleased with the results. Even with one order having a simple error, the communication and response was outstanding. These products are top quality and simply beautiful. Thank you very much for your services.

Insanely long production time. Ordered custom box, was supposed to be delivered within a couple weeks. 3 weeks went by, no box, no explanation... tried contacting them a dozen different ways no response until finally I got one person on Facebook Messenger. Was told there's a manufacturing delay related to sourcing materials. Waited another week or two. Was told it would be another 3-4 weeks. 3 more weeks went by. Was told that this estimate was no longer valid. They keep offering refunds... but what I want is my box. They should give it for free for all this absurd hassle.

I order two mats over two months ago, still no mats. About two weeks ago after having to reach out to them I was told not sure of the delay, but must be a manufacturing delay and they’ll get back to me with an update. Now about two weeks later, emailed back and still haven’t heard anything back.

Bottom line, DO NOT ORDER from here unless you don’t mind waiting 3-4 months.

I placed an order for a playmat, a deck box, and sleeves. While the playmat arrived, the other items did not. After contacting the company regarding the missing products, I received a response acknowledging that the issue was their fault. However, I have not received a refund, and they are no longer responding to my messages.

Amazing service. The playmat is very high quality and the customer service is very efficient and nice. Definitely recommend getting the add on of them editing the quality of the image, it came out even better then I imagined.

I got my package after almost a month. And it’s the wrong size, dose not fit on my desk and the image is warped because of the size change.

These look and feel *great!* Definitely coming back here if I want to build another deck or consider a custom playmat.

Placed an order for a custom mat. The website says to allow 2-10 business days for processing before shipping. After 2 weeks my order hadn't shipped, so I reach out to support and get no response. I reach out again several days later, no response. I also reached out to support when I initially placed my order as well, and never got a response. I finally just cancel my order so I can get my money back, and that's when support is conveniently able to respond, telling me that they can't cancel the order...
