I ordered 2 sets of sleeves in separate transactions. On both sets I unchecked the box for allowing marketing communications. I received emails for both orders with the exact same wording, made to seem like it was an employee concerned with the quality of the uploaded art and offering a "fixed" design for only half of the price it would have been if selected at purchase. The changes were minimal on the first and non-existant on the second. When I told them off in my response for ignoring my choice not to be contacted with marketing emails and trying to get me to pay more money for what is very obviously some garbage filter it runs through automatically, I was asked to keep communications "respectful." As if these emails are respectful of my choices, time or intelligence.

Further more, the shipping times listed on their site are a lie. 4-7 days for processing and delivery in 10-15 will not happen. I've attempted to communicate with them both via email and the on site chat to ask about the status of my order and was ignored each time. I will be filing a dispute to try and get a refund. I suggest you don't trust this company.

They have always treated me with respect and consideration. They have great communication and customer support.
This will have been my 5th purchase, I believe, ordering custom size playmats and have never yet been disappointed!

Only received the playmat out of the order after 6 weeks of waiting. Never received the sleeves or deck box and haven’t gotten a reply about where they are. Playmat looks good though!

Long to be delivered, and answered, but quality is there and I'"m happy to have bought my products there.

It took longer than expected but the quality and design look of the playmat was amazing!

I purchased a custom deck box on february for a birthday in march. On june, 4 months later, and after various customer support inquieries, the order is still on the ordered status. I have received a refund but still lost money on the transaction. I can't believe a serious company can have these "provider issues" that causes such a delay. I don't seem the only one with these issues, I would avoid buying here.

Easy to design and use. Came out looking amazing. Woukd highly recommend

The items came a lot faster than I anticipated! I ordered some custome edge-to-edge art backs for my friends and I to use drafting and they turned out great. It's cool to have one-of-a-kind backs like this and I'm glad they arrived at a reasonable time!

Ordered a custom playmat and paid extra for "guaranteed delivery" which advertises guaranteed delivery within 15 days. 20 days later and the order never made it to USPS. It has been stuck at "Departed partner facility, USPS awaiting item" for 13 days. Attempts to reach customer support have been ignored continuously. There are more reputable sellers out there, buy from them instead.

I waited for two months for the shipment of the products, and was repeatedly told it would take longer. I then canceled my order after I was told I would have to wait another 3 weeks.
Customer service answered quickly and respectfully but was very intransparent about production and shipment time. At least I immediately received my refund. Dont order here.

I asked them whether I should upload the image with or without black borders to avoid the design getting cut off, as shown on their website. I clearly said I did not want the black borders showing on the mouse-pad.
They told me to use the version with borders and said it would come out the way I wanted. So I followed their instructions, and the result is exactly what I said I wanted to avoid (the mouse-pad has big black borders and looks terrible).
Now I spent 40$ and they can't be bother to respond the email where I'm asking for a solution. Funny how they were quick to respond before making the purchase.
Never again. Please avoid if you care about your money and time

The custom playmat is excellent in its print quality. The custom card sleeves are decent, though the matte printed backs are sticky upon arrival, making them challenging to shuffle. Additionaly, I've begun noticing chipping on the back art after several shuffles.

Terrible communication

I placed an order on March 18, 2025 and still have not received it. I emailed them hoping for an update because I would still like the order even if it was taking longer than expected. They replied notifying me about issues with the manufacturer and offered to just cancel the order and give me a refund. I was confused but emailed back on June 12 to say that I would like to follow through with the cancellation and refund, but have since then not received a reply or a refund.

Advertised as a US company and printed & shipped from United States, but they're not. I am now 5 weeks into waiting for an order. If it had been printed & shipped within the United States, it would have been here in 1-2 weeks. Their website sent me an email on 05/27 stating the item was out for delivery, 4 weeks later it's still not here.

Although I got my first Playmat and it was too big (my fault I didn’t measure). But when I ordered it a second time I went with a complete custom size and specially asked for certain colors to pop out more and to make the blacks of the Playmat as dark as possible. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!! Playmat gave me a product that looks pristine and completely beautiful with my PC setup. I highly recommend these folks for anything you need! It took some time for my order to arrive but now I see why and Playmat was completely responsive to me the whole way! Appreciate you all!
