I feel bad for everyone like me who thought this was a better option than a gift card. What a nightmare. I listened to advice in previous reviews, tried Amazon top-up, gift card, and other retailers b... See more

may gods curse be on these scammers
may gods curse be on these scammers, you cant even use the card on a single website, tried paypal, amazon, most UK giftcard websites, 30+ vendors, it doesnt work anywhere, DO NOT, I MEAN DO NOT GET ANY PREPAID MASTERCARDS FROM THESE THIEVES, idk which uk governemnt department is responsible but they should take this website down and take them to court to recompensate all the money they have stolen, since you cant take the money out, they get to keep it as its stated in the contract

Card isn't working
Card isn't working
I reached out to customer service via chat
they keep insisting that I am not providing the right information on my account even though I am literally copying the information from my profile to the chat box.
you cant get any help at all, money is gone

Received my money card in the mail today. Nice wee gift from talk talk. Very simple to use, just like a normal Chip & Pin card. I did have to phone up the automated helpline to retrieve my PIN code. All very straight forward. I opted for the physical card as I think the online cards are only valid for one purchase only.
Would give it 0 stars if I could.
Would give it no stars if I could.
Paid €258 2 weeks ago for a pre pay credit card and heard nothing back.
I've rang customer services on a UK number a total of 5 times spoke to a lady and a man called Jonathan who was really unhelpful.
I keep getting told my case is being escalated but I've received NO response at all. At this point I feel I will never see my money or prepay card.
After calling 4 times I asked for a email address to log a complaint. Jonathan gave me the address Service@prepaycardservice This email domain doesn't exist so I rang back and spoke to someone sounding like Jonathan who said his name was Mike who gave me the email Services@prepaidcardstatus when I asked why I had been given a different email by Jonathan I was told no one by Jonathan worked there.
Of course this email domain didn't exist either.
I rang back and spoke to a lady who told me there wasn't a complaints email. When I asked why 2 different members of staff had given me 2 different contact emails she said she didn't know.
I asked her if I could speak to her supervisor, she put me on hold then told me there wasn't one around. She said my case would be escalated I told her my case has been escalated 4 times and I still have no correspondence. She told me her supervisor would ring me back.................. STILL WAITING.
Scam
Scam, absolutely shambolic company. Providing a financial service? I suggest you contact me. Waste of time and money, use other providers! Poor customer service, rubbish 'prepaid mastercard '..... don't bother
Success at last
I just couldn't get anything using the card as it was declined , I had the online card. I tried Amazon and it was refused, however, I ordered from Temu and used it for payment and it went through no problem.

Received card as part of a TalkTalk deal. Set up was a bit of pain and couldn't seem to use it online but have had no issues using the physical card in stores over the past few months. So overall pretty happy with it.

ReOnly place you can use it is to buy a one for all card. Doesn’t work anywhere else.
Avoid yourrewardpass Mastercard prepaid gift card
I was issued with a mastercard gift card for £125 from yourrewardpass. I successfully made one small purchase online in February for around £15 and since then the card has just been consistently declined.
The customer services are useless and it appears to be a scam, relying on users giving up trying to use it.
The only way I found to use the card in the UK was to use it to top up my online Amazon gift card balance. Amazon declined the card for other purchases but accepted it to purchase credit on my Amazon gift card balance.
a load of complete crap
Second experience with one of these 'virtual cards' and it's another bad one. The first time around, transaction after transaction was declined due to 'blocking'.
Now I have another card and am experiencing the same thing. Card not accepted via various online retailers.
Contacted their live chat and was informed that I "put the CVC in incorrectly", which wasn't true and seems to be the standard lie peddled, if these reviews are anything to go by.
Don't bother with this garbage, it's more hassle than it's worth, and no serious organisation should bother 'partnering' with these clowns.
£60 reward from Sky for switching
£60 reward from Sky for switching, card is awkward to use online, declined most times and most sites don't let you use part pay with two debit/credit cards, only way round was to add the card onto my paypal and transfer it to my partner so he could withdraw it to our joint account. When sending I had to use business on paypal as it wouldn't let me under 'friends and family' about £2.04 was deducted for using the business method but rather the money in an actual bank account.
It worked for me using the digital MasterCard
It worked for me using the digital MasterCard (its online/no physical card). It was a £50 cashback offer from Sky. As soon as I received the digital card then I used it to load my Amazon account with the balance as a gift voucher for myself. Amazon simply want you to enter the MasterCard details so its pretty straight forward.
As with many of these types of offer, they don't make them as simple to claim as you might hope. I suspect that is because they know that many people give up trying and therefore the balance is never claimed! If you read the terms and conditions and then follow the instructions then hopefully it will work out for you. Pay attention to the "use before" or "use by" dates that the offer stipulates. If you try using the card outside those dates then I suspect it will not work.
Hidden fees and cards not accepted in many places
Awful customer services, I eventually spent my balance after lots of issues with various online shops. Just before my card expired I was sent an unexpected £100 refund. I tried to spend it but the card expired. They refused to waive the card re-issue fee, even though they could see I had zeroed the balance and tried to use up the refund. Cost me £13 to get the card re-issued.
Complete scam
Complete scam, can’t believe Sky are involved with this Company.
Received an incentive gift card for joining Sky broadband. Tried to use it to make a purchase from Amazon and the payment was rejected. Got in touch with their support and like others have said they claimed I had entered the CVV code incorrectly and it had blocked the payment method. This is utter rubbish and they lied.
Useless
The virtual card simply doesn't work and despite trying time and rime again to resolve this on line, they cannot. The simple resolution would be to issue a physical card but they refuse. I can see from the reviews that lots of other people experience the same issue do guessing that maybe these people take lots of money in without paying any out. Bear in mind I've been trying to resolve this for almost a year
AVOID - Simply Avoid
How did anyone get around this? I've £250 on a card that I chose on the reward hub, I gift I got through work and chose this option.
I tried to pay off something on my Very account but it failed. you just think the money wasn't taken - as it would with your bank, but nope, funds cleared out and now I'm stuck waiting 30 days. Which is apparently next Thur.
Did people get their money back - and how did u manage to spend it? I'm so annoyed
How do we complain about this and get them taken off these sites?
Doesn’t pay for anything all…
Doesn’t pay for anything all transactions declined the whole process is an absolute waste of time .. appears they don’t feel you deserve your reward and that you should get fed up and just let them keep it .. as you can see the reviews are 1 or 5 the fives are most probable staff members .. they don’t even reply to bad reviews
Nightmare!!!!!
We chose (your reward pass) card as our (£65) reward for changing to Sky Broadband
A HUGE HASSLE!!
We spent time making an amazon order, only for the payment with this card to fail 😡
We contacted YOUR-reward-pass customer services (overseas) and they said that we had entered the cvv code incorrectly (excuse)
We 100% entered it correctly.
We were then told we would need to wait 3 working days before attempting payment again! (Not happening)
THE SOLUTION……
My partner ended up purchasing a one for all gift card online, successfully 👏🏻
I am surprised that firms like sky have anything to do with something like this, the reviews say it all really 🤷🏻♂️
MY ADVICE….
Chose another option to get your payment
Same problem as everyone else
Same problem as everyone else! CONSTANTLY rejected for online shopping. Logged a call and they said it wasnt being BUT I cant spend on it. It was a free gift from TalkTalk. I could only manage to spend on it doing small transactions. That will end up with me leaving some money on it which is really annoying as overall they win!
