I feel bad for everyone like me who thought this was a better option than a gift card. What a nightmare. I listened to advice in previous reviews, tried Amazon top-up, gift card, and other retailers b... See more

Don't take it use another option
Given as a loyalty reward by TalkTalk. Spending on-line has been one hassle after another. Not one single attempt to spend has been successful. Long waits for live chat bots only to be told we've done something wrong. Then long waits for card to be refunded. They say it can take up to 30 days. They're in the USA BTW. As competent adults used to tech and online transactions, this is ridiculously frustrating. The value of the card awarded £130 but rewardpass take a £5 fee off the top. The card is also time-limited. Still waiting for another failed transaction to be refunded. Aaaaaaaarrrrrgggggh!

Received as a gift for staying with TalkTalk but it's useless. Can't spend it online, can't add to Gpay, can't add to PayPal. In the end managed to purchase a gift card, but this defeats the point of having money to spend where you like. Should have just chosen the gift card option in the first place, and saved myself hours of messing around.
Complete waste of time and effort
Complete waste of time and effort. Can't find a single retailer that accepts this.
Totally useless card never work
Totally useless card never work, so contacted talk Talk and they put £100 credit into my phone account, worth trying if the compant has promised the money hat ever way
This works ignore bad reviews
Not sure why people having issues i just used my master card on Deliveroo and had no issues. Update i have now used it for amazon as a one off purchase no gift card and order was successfully processed. Please ignore the bad reviews.
What a massive con!
What a massive con!
I got a £70 reward for changing to Sky Broadband. Upon receiving my reward I could choose between four cards and I picked the Mastercard. I tried using at three merchants and after initially going through, the transactions were declined, then I would have to wait for more than a week for the funds to be returned to the card. Each time I contacted them it was either "your address does not match" ( Eh? It most certainly did) or "the CVV was blocked".
Customer service was atrocious, I felt like I was going insane. I would ask quite a simple question such as 'What am I doing wrong with the address?' to which I would get a random reply about a pdf and not answering my question.
It was only coming on here that I read people were using to purchase an Amazon gift card, so today I tried that and it worked.
This whole process has caused me so much stress and frustration but I am so happy I've followed the advice on here and now my purchases are winging their way to me.
What a joke...
What a joke...
I got this card as a reward for staying with talktalk. I could have taken amazon card...
There's only some shops which actually accept this joke-card. Yes it is a mastercard but a prepaid type and for certain reasons some shops simply wont accept it. The sometimes it simply doesnt work.
Customer service is good for nothing. Once they said I used wrong cvv code... I didn't as I copied it from their website.
For some reason sometimes they block funds for many days. Chase is able to do this instantly - they need a week.
Avoid.
It would be 1 star but I used the money finally...
Never again.

Was sceptical after reading previous reviews but no need. Chose a prepaid Mastercard then immediately used it to buy Amazon e gift voucher and applied that straight to my account. Works for me
£150 loyalty card for staying with Talk…
£150 loyalty card for staying with Talk Talk, I was dubious after reading the reviews on here but I received the card on the 11/07/2023 and followed the very simple instructions on the leaflet logged into the account got my pin number and proceeded to use it without any problems.
Be sure to read the small print as there is a £2.95 'monthly maintenance fee' after the first month along with other potential fees and if you get the physical plastic card they take £5 off (so i received a card loaded with £145) as a postage fee which is fair enough as it came from the USA.
I am happy with this card as it works perfectly.
Reward card scam …
Iv received my card it says to activate it go to the website. your reward pass.com
Went to the website and it doesn’t work!
Had this card for joining Sky. Absolute ripoff!! No way will it work tried to get an Amazon gift voucher like some of the people 👇 below it was Rejected. Next step skys Customer Service see if I get any wear with them.
The card works where and when it want
The card works where and when it want, so you can't use it to get what you like, the support doesn't provide any help, worst than useless, because it makes you be embarrased in stores and even online destroying your credibility.
Think this is one giant scam
Got this card with £115 on for switching to Sky broadband in March, its now mid May anstill haven't been able to activate it. Quite shocked that such big brand names are using this.
Have tried everything to activate it.
The details on the card are accepted but then I get a message to call a number, like I'm going to do that.
Tried the number on the card which doesn't give options to activate a card.
Tried creating a wallet-doesn't
Conclusion is its just one giant scam
Buy an Amazon gift card
If you're reading this, it's likely you are unable to spend the money given to you. I managed to finally retrieve the £130 I had on the account. Admittedly so, it was through Amazon gift card. I managed to turn the money into £135 on Amazon by purchasing a top up card. Hope this helps anyone.
Service from this website is abhorrent. Absolute scam that it is advertised as a normal MasterCard.
Choose anything else but this.
Hard to use as its constantly being refused or rejected by online retailers. Had to much hassle with it that its now expired and lost 41 quid as the ts&Cs says any amount left on the card is forfeited to them. Lesson learnt for future, choose anything else but a digital card as this company make it as hard as possible for you to spend it.
Hard try to spend but managed to buy a gift card instead
I’ve had a terrible expletive with this gift card and trying to spend it. It was being declined by all the retailers - customer service is terrible- I had it reset 4 times, so 4 different card details to try. I tried to link to my PayPal and still wouldn’t work. After a millions tries on various different sites, I managed to use the card and purchase a one4all card. If your having issues, may be worth trying to buy a gift card instead.
The frustration and upset caused.
The frustration and upset that goes with this company is not worth it.
It didn't work, so for a week tried to tell them, they were rude, unhelpful, and blamed others and said they would take 10 pound off for a replacement even tho, I didn't do anything wrong.
They blamed the merchants and kept repeating them selves to try different merchants even tho I kept insisting I had, also they said its not on the statement I had tried, so basically calling me a lier.
TalkTalk and other suppliers need to stop using them.
You can't even contact them by phone unless you want a massive bill as they are American based!
Transactions declined.
I got a digital card when signing up for sky broadband. Am told the card can be used online just as any other card, I managed one transaction and since then my card keeps getting declined, at lots sites. Customer services are worse than useless.
Always being refused, complete wast of time.
nearly everytime I try and use this card it is rejected by the vendor or blocked.
As other people have said this is really hard to use, and I wish I had never accepted this virtual card as an inducement to stay with TalkTalk broadband,
Not worth the hassle and time wasting.
Terrible service that is declined by…
Terrible service that is declined by most retailers else transactions blocked by itself.
The work around I used was to buy gift cards to then use.
