Order placed over two weeks ago, delivery 7-10 days. The goods have not been despatched yet and they haven't replied to any emails. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Item said 7-10 days now been 13, tried to check just says the status is ordered. Would ask for money back but really want the item

DO NOT purchase. They confirm orders and then don’t send tracking details. Have to send numerous emails to get any response. Only when sending daily emails to try and find out where the item was did I finally get a response (3 weeks later) saying they don’t have the stock advertised. Saying I’ll be refunded but so far nothing.

I bought a trampoline for my son's birthday present. It stated 7-10 days delivery. Day 15 and IV emailed numerous times beforehand, only for them to cancel my order on day 15! The next day is my son's birthday! Mortified that I didn't get no correspondence or an apology. Never will I promote this company. BUYER BEWARE

Had issues... They didn't respond to my first communications/ enquiries and it's a month since my order was made, still classed as 'unfulfilled'. Footnote: After emailing rather than using contact system they did cancel the order and refunded within 48hrs of this 3rd communication.

I brought a Nike dri fit joggers large youth and they came but the size is not 12/13 year old as Nike size guide says it’s more an 7/8 year old I have emailed but got no reply I’m thinking they have to be fake but I still paid £47 not happy I feel I’ve been robbed

Worst experience of my life, they sent the wrong size shorts and then refused to refund me and said it was my fault, so I showed them photo graphic evidence, that it was their error.
And just blanked me for month so I had to get PayPal involved.

Do not order from this company. Item not received and after numerous emails still no response. Terrible service and frustrating that no one can even respond!!!

Do not order anything from this company haven't received my order and theirs no way to get in touch with them they do not answer emails at all no response at all had to get PayPal to step in

I have had to contact them twice to chase the order and receive a b*******t response
I have requested an immediate refund

Terrible. Order was not dispatched and had no communication to tell me what was going on.
Ended up ordering product from another store.

Shipping states 7-10 days which is long enough but expect to wait longer!! Otherwise nice piece of equipment just a shame how long it took

Ordered nearly four weeks ago and still no item, even after numerous emails. So I'm £50 down and nothing to show. Clearly a bunch of crooks operating this.

Ordered and was told delivery would be 7-10 days....After 10 working days, I e-mailed on 3 occasions to obtain an update with no reply....The I Fit heart rate monitor then was finally delivered from Poznan in Poland nearly a month after it was ordered...very happy with product but YSP communication is shocking. I ordered in good time for my wife's birthday and was disapponted it turned 3 weeks after.....

Given 7-10 days as delivery estimate. No update after 10 days.

Used website live chat-a bot not a person-no response even when it said the complaint would be sent to a staff member.

3 emails sent to them asking for an update on my order...all ignored, not even an acknowledgement of my email.

Wish had looked at this site before ordering from them...seems other people have had the same bad experience by this company.

The company only replied after I raised a complaint with PayPal.

Even then, they gave no apologies for the delay and just said the product was being sent out. The order will arrive 7 days after the guaranteed date when I bought it.
