Ordered map in November 2022, have had a few responses the last of which was that they had to move their manufacturing out of Latvia. No up date for a month so I think they have gone bust thus website still being operational probably a SCAM.

ordered in January same as everyone else on here, you receive responses bluffing you into thinking they have genuine issues with delivery due to the Ukranian war etc, i have no confidence they will respond or deliver my goods, how do we get this company taken down as they are still receiving orders....

Do not order from this company its fake. Its a company of thieves. Low class people

We never received the item and all attempts to contact the company were ignored

Ordered the wooden world map in january. Haven't seen anything yet. I've gotten an e-mail saying that there have been some delays but when i respond to that i get no answer.

I would like you to explain what is happening with order number, #C4247 it was created 2 months ago today and to date we have not received the order or any justification.

READ REVIEWS before ordering. Like many, I'm having to contact my card company to get my money back due to fraud. Do NOT trust this site!!!!!
I fell for it as it was advertised through facebook, but the email address doesn't exist when you try to contact them and there is NO WAY to get hold of them.

SCAM. As all the other recent reviews mentioned, they take your money and months later - still no product. Email after email bounces back as “undeliverable”; no reply to multiple attempts at contact via their “web contact form”; there is no phone number on their website. I’ve lost €350. Only wish I had read some of these reviews before ordering from these thieves.

They don't answer emails and questions about the orders status. It's been 2 months since I ordered, no product, no contact. Seems like a SCAM! I contacted my credit card company to get the money back.

I ordered a map before Christmas and it has not been sent. Try to reach this company is also in mposible as the mail does not exist when you try.

This is a scam.

I ordered my product in November 2022 and it still hasn't arrived yet. I have never experienced such a horrible experience shopping online. The worst thing however is that every time you contact their support (which is a fake person called Emma), they lie right to your face and claim that the order will arrive in the next few days. I honestly don't even think they produce any of their products, they probably just take the money and have no motivation of doing anything.

I'm still waiting on my map. Have emailed a number of times, but still not had a reply.

Beware this company is a scam! They will never send you your expensive map and zero communication. Email address is fake as well and all emails bounce back. Telephone number doesn’t work either.

Map arrived but UPS wanted an additional £62 after I already paid £160 for the map with shipping.

ZERO contact about this situation from the company so UPS eventually returned the map.

These people are not interested in customer service, once they get your money it's basically a gamble whether you get your goods.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered a map over 2 months ago and it has still not arrived. I’ve sent numerous emails chasing this up and not heard back. Currently in process of trying to get my money back through PayPal.
