SCAM... never received goods or refund total Scam

TOTAL SCAM!! DO NOT USE THIS COMANY!!
If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered my (second) map on November 1, never received tracking info, only got a generic email response in January and another in Feb (after about 12 emails sent to them...also, their info email that sent the confirmation gets a mailer demon). I am presuming I will never receive my map now! I had successfully ordered and received a map from them a few years ago with no problem...they must have gone out of business but are still taking people's money!

i order my map+ flags on 24th November 2022.
After some emails they told me my order was delayed. In end of January 2023 i asked for refund, they cancelled my order, i can't have my money back, they don't answer to my emails....

They are playing with the other people money !!!!!

I did not receive anything. 650 euro down the drain. Credit card company is currently getting my money back

I ordered and paid for the map on December 2, 2022. And I did not get any information about the delay in the promised delivery of 4 or 5 days. The emails I sent asking were returned as incorrect. And i read lot of reviews about this problem, I unsubscribed from automatic commercial emails. Funnily enough I got a notice from YourWorldMap and UPS shipping the map a week ago and on February 6, 2023, I got it at home. What a pleasant surprise. The map is ok. It looks perfect on the wall. I can't add a photo of the map in this review.

The company has a BIG PROBLEM with real communication in shipping and production.

Watch out! We ordered and paid a 750 euro map on 30/12-22. The company promised 5-8 business days delivery time. Now - 6 weeks later - we have not received the map, and money have been drawn from account. We have contacted customer service etc. but we don't get any answer. Is the company fake! Watch out.

We ordered a map in early Jan and not received and no answer from the email. I now read on here that many people have the same problem. Do not use this company as there is no communication and we have lost our money.

Non existing customer service. Did receive a product not as shown in the pictures, that wasn't satisfactory to us and thus tried to return/contact someone, but no luck. Neither e mails or phone calls were answered. Total scam. At this point their Instagram account has gone silent, so i assume that there is no one who actually tries to complete the orders.

After having had fantastic service with my purchase in 2021, I wanted to buy another world map as a gift for my son. I placed my order and never heard another word from them! I tried 3 different emails ... no response. I tried to phone them .... the number has been disconnected. I emailed again 6 weeks after placing my order & still received no response, so I raised a dispute with Paypal & received a refund. What a shame as the world maps are truly beautifully made!

I’m still waiting for my order and the customer care address indicated to obtain information is not existing

Do not buy from this company! They are having major issues sourcing wood for their world maps resulting in indefinite delays in shipping orders but they are not communicating that to anyone when you purchase!! I purchased a map back in October and it still hasn't been shipped. Everytime I try to communicate with someone I get an automated message from a fake person "emma" so the company doesn't even have the decency to communicate to customers directly to explain what's happening. I don't think I will ever get my order or $200 back, such a sham!

I still haven’t received my order from 5 months ago. This is definitely a scam.
They contacted me with all of the same emails as everyone received below. “Your order will be shipped soon” “our orders are taking longer than usual”. Have contacted my bank and flagged it as a scam.

Fraud compagny. NEVER SHOP HERE. If you order, you will lose all your money. The goods will never be delivered.

This company has serious problems with delivering. I placed an order and got a reply that the items things be shipped within 5-8 business days. Now over a month later my order still hasn't been shipped, but the money has been deducted from my card long time ago!

Do not order from this company.

I placed an order with yourworldmap at the end of October 2022, with an initial expectation that the order would be prepared and shipped within 2 weeks. After several email chases, I finally received a reply to say that my order had been delayed, but was given no timeframe as to when it would arrive. After again chasing I was informed on November 22nd 2022 that the order would be shipped within the next 7-10 business days - which again did not happen. After even more chasing, I was eventually told on 17th December 2022 that the order would be shipped within 2 business days - which hasn't happened. I have since received no correspondence and do not believe this company has any intention of fulfilling the order that I placed.

Ordered my map on Black Friday to have it for Xmas, got an email telling me they got more orders then expected and the order would be delayed, I waited 4 weeks and requested PayPal to refund me my money. I’m gonna have to order this somewhere else, this was a waste of time.

I never received my order nor did I get a response when I inquired regarding the status.

I bought a wooden world map on July 17th and haven't received it yet! I have sent them several emails, and my latest reply was in September saying that "All orders are nearly completed and will be sent ASAP." So disappointed!
