I have Just finished speaking to Sharlene at Uswitch about Changing energy supplier. She was very helpful and patient. I wont hesitate to use their services again.

Uswitch help me to review my utility costs which made me a saving from using Utility Warehouse which I always consider good value but were charging me more than 30% than my new supplier, the service was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with, a big thanks to Uswitch. I will certainly recommend to friends & family to use.

Very misleading offers, tons of hidden costs. With uswitch it is impossible to get an unbiased option to switch.
No setup fees, then I find a £60 upfront cost to switch.

For the first time I wanted to switch supplier for gas and electricity so went online but because I had questions regarding smart meters I ended up on the phone .The person I spoke to Anna ? was so platient and helpful There were problems over the supply number but she stayed with me until I found the answer Brilliant customer service

I spoke with Julie today who took my call on 10th December 2019.

I received excellent service from Julie, she helped me save £389.77, (DUAL FUEL) Julie was very helpful and had a lot of patients and was very courteous her telephone manner was very professional from the beginning to the end of our conversation.

Julie explained the process in details step by step and I understood, Julie is an asset to your company.

Talked to Mark Moore at Youswitch today 7th December 2019 about my energy supplier, he was most helpful and polite with providing me with a new tariff, making my payments reduced cannot thank him enough.

I switched today and received very good advice from Kathleen. I’ve made a significant saving and received in-depth information. I was very impressed with the service

Just spoke at length ,with a lovely lady called sophie, whom helped me change our dual fuel arrangement .She fully explained all very well and was such a pleasant person to deal with, taking time to explain all alternatives available an , i found her so reassuring .A excellent telephone manner an so pleasant in these days of robotic call centres an many options or piped music. USWITCH used a premium rate 08451110093 to redirect my sales query to Plusnet. It cost me £11.69 for a 16 min phone call. No warning on their site as to it being premium rate. I contacted Plusnet and they were apologetic but, informed me that ''USWITCH are able to use redirect numbers and make a profit while doing so''. Very sharp practice. Beware and avoid.

Theresa (hope I've spelt your name correctly) was wonderful today; very professional and informative and guided me effortless through the potential minefield of switching energy suppliers. I've switched tarrifs before but never suppliers and thought it was going to be very complicated but not at all; Theresa made it very simple. I got the supplier I wanted and saved over £200 annually as well. Can't say better than that. Thanks Theresa for being so friendly and pleasant and for making it so painless.

Very friendly and efficient adviser, everything was explained to me clearly. A saving £130.00 on annual duel fuel.

TODAY I SPOKE TO LORRAINE WHO WAS FANTASTIC. SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN SIMPLE TERMS TO ME.WITH THIS INFORMATION I SAVED £150. SHE DID IT SO I WAS AWARE OF WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND HOW THINGS WOULD BE MOVING FORWARD.GREAT JOB. THANKS
