Good value for money

I found the subscription service invaluable as I don’t have to worry about forgetting to order my dog’s joint tablets. I was informed by email they were on their way and they were delivered quickly.

I made a mistake with my account email. A lovely advisor Viwe helped sort it for me and I realised my mistake.

Order didn’t arrive
When my order failed to arrive I emailed YuMOVE to let them know (it was Royal Mails fault as it had been stuck at one of their sorting offices for 10 days - I’m presuming lost!) Literally the next morning, Viwe (customer service representative) had replied to my email and another one had already been dispatched! Fantastic customer service, very pleased.
