Good savings on subscriptions
Good savings on subscriptions. Good products. Only negative is that it seems to me that the products arrive earlier and earlier each month on the subscription.
Edited to add: good explanation by customer service on here as to why the subscription gets earlier each month. It’s obvious really. Updated to 5*.

I can see that your products are currently scheduled on a 30-day frequency. Our subscription orders are generally set up to provide enough product for each 30-day period. However, because months vary in length, a 30-day frequency can cause your order date to gradually move earlier - for example, an order could be processed on the 1st and then again on the 31st of the same month.
We can change your subscription frequency to every 1 month instead, which would mean your order is scheduled for the same date each month.
If you’re currently ordering a pack size that contains more than your dog needs for a 30-day period, we’d also be happy to look into this for you and review the subscription frequency to make sure it’s better suited to your needs.

Great company and great products
Great company and great products. We went thru a particularly dodgy doggy tummy time and the digestive paste works better for us than the first lot of similar product the vet sold us. I now keep some in stock at all times just in case. Customer service also helpful when I was annoyed at something not working how I expected and refunded me delivery cost due to Apple Pay being tricksy.

The tablets are a good product
The tablets are a good product so I decided to take out a subscription as it was cheaper. I was notified that my subscription was about to be sent. As I already had enough tablets (as I'd bought several months worth previously) I filled out the form to delay my subscription being sent until October. Today I received an email saying they'd been sent! I emailed customer service and asked to cancel my subscription. Viwe sent me a prompt response saying this had been done and apologised for the earlier mix up.
