I ordered what I thought would be a…

I ordered what I thought would be a great deal 8 pairs of womens pants $25, I ordered them July 28th. It is October 31st and have not received my package and when I inquired about it the company replied back stating the package was lost and the company was not willing to give a refund but if I paid an additional $15 they could reship my my order that was currently out of stock. I had to pursue several times to get my refund which is only a partial as the shipping was charged outside of the US. There has been several complaints about this company being a scam. I believe that this company needs to work better and rethink their business plan and how they handle their customer service complaints.
