Dear people I'm a new user I find the site ok sometimes I done surveys and didn't get a reward I'm currently waiting for 10.44 to my account not sent straight away fingers crossed they do I do surveys with other companies and they always pay thanks modbrog and prime there excellent but I'm awaiting funds to be in my PayPal account and this is OK so far

I got the money on my PayPal account but it took 4 days before I got it

“After multiple attempts to communicate that I should be paid out and to correct my email, there has been no response. The only thing they have sent so far is a confirmation that the email has been received. Today, they deleted my account themselves and withdrew the amount. I absolutely do not recommend this survey!”

I answered and completed a survey. The ssurvey offered a great big 25 cents and what they told me was 10 minutes turned out to be at least 20. After the survey was complete I get a message "one of your answers indicates you are not who we are looking for but her is 2 cents for your time". I have just written to them explaining they have until Wednesday to pay me whatever their minimum is and then I am done with them. If thy do not, the BBB and state attorney general are the next steps and I let them know this--and that there are plenty of reviews on the internet too back me up (Trust Pilot included)

Waste of time

After registering and being accepted as an account holder I completed many surveys each day and when I reached the requirement points for cash out and requested to pay they rejected and sent an email asking for strange documents like passport!!!!
I have been with several other survey sites and had never faced these kinds of issues. Told them you have all the personal information including even address and phone number and why now are asking for additional documents to pay just few dollars?!
Not a very pleasant experience at all.

Total ripoff. You spend lots of time doing surveys and they don't pay you

Scam app. They are not paying out promptly. Have send 100 messages to thier customer service but no one responds to it. Cashed out more than a week ago but no showing of it. Cheaters ate my money. I curse them

Didn’t receive my money

I have done about 5 surveys for roughly 40 cents total and it’s not being added to my account balance or even showing in my history that I completed these surveys. Don’t waste your time. If you don’t qualify for a survey they pay you 2 cents and I’m not even getting that.

The app is great after sucessfuly cashing out the first time I thought I might try to give it another go although it's taking a long time to reach my goal of cashing out although I keep getting rejected and only get 2 cents for my time I'm satisfied with the app.

STAY AWAY from this, ZAP Surveys is a scam!! You spend hours and days doing surveys for Pennies and then you finally get to where you earned some money, and YOU DONT GET IT!!
You call or email, and they don’t email back, and no one answers the phone. DONT waist your time with ZAP

And ZAP, if you’re reading this an Attorney has been notified about your scam!!

completed surveys to cashout at $25 which is the minimum. so basically you habe to work for it rather than come and go. plus i have not received cashout . its been 2 and half weeks. sent emails via the app and desktop. i get a response but thats it. no response

Was good at first although takes ages to get 25 to cash out for a week now I have had no daily suveys that count towards the 3 dollars no regular surveys only thing that comes up is is very low paying tap surveys under the high paying survey banner

I have been a long time customer of zap surveys. Didn’t really have much issues with the app. Just recently like February or March 2023, I just really started having severe issues. Can’t do any surveys whatsoever anymore. Any time I try to attempt to do a survey I instantly/immediately get kicked off without being able to attempt to do the survey, now here & there being kicked off surveys wasn’t that bad of an issue but now it’s like OMG any time I try to attempt to do a survey zap surveys won’t allow me to. Today April 12th 2023 if I don’t get any survey done at all this will be day number 5 straight in a row that I haven’t been able to do any surveys period. I’ve never experienced this in the past but now there’s no words to describe it & that’s how bad it is, I’ve emailed them numerous times about this issue & nothing gets resolved period, one minute they tell me that I have to do so many surveys in order to unlock my daily surveys challenge & I don’t have any locks on anything, then another time I will be told that the survey will show up on this end but on that companies side it would have already been done, what’s the point of this survey app if you can’t do a single survey, it makes no sense at all & I wish they would fix the issue but haven’t & probably won’t. I had a daily surveys challenge streak going & due to not being able to do a single survey now my streak has been screwed up & this isn’t fair but hey I get screwed over all the time the story of my life

RUTHLESS AND LIARS ! I HAVE BEEN ON THIS SITE FOR 4 YEARS AND STILL ONLY $10 FOR CONTINUOUS EFFORTS ! YOU WASTE TIME ! I AM DISGUSTED WITH THIS SITE AND ITS DEVELOPERS AS THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF YOU CASHING OUT $25 !

The surveys hardly pay any money, you will do 30 minutes surveys for $0.10…. Sometimes you do a long survey and you get nothing because it just glitches.

You will end up wasting your life to get very little money, it definitely isn’t worth it… and you need to reach $25 before you can cash out…. I forfeited $6 and deleted the app.

It's a very highly under rated survey app that pays.

This app is an absolute scam! It is impossible to make any money as you are constantly being shut out of surveys with glitches. You will sit for half an hour completing a survey only for you to be kicked out towards the end and receive no reward for it. The app will tell you a survey is only 10 minutes, however this is a lie and you will end up being stuck on your computer for 30-40 minutes. I have completely wasted my time using this app for 3 weeks now and only have a balance of $4, compared to other sites where i have over $50, do not waste your time and look at other websites!!!!!!!!!

They claimed I cashed out $107 which I never did. I also never received the cash out email they say was sent. I tried to contact them 12times with no response. I went into the terms of service and found the “ legal” email which turns out to just be another app makers email who has no affiliation. They are a scam!!
