Brilliant company

I knew when I placed my order that they were closed so I did not mind waiting and as promised the day they opened back up my order was posted out this is the only company I will buy the sweets from I've been buying now for a couple of years

Good morning, apologies that the product never arrived with you. I can see from the DPD tracking that 2 attempts were made to the delivery address but no-one was available to take the goods in.

As there was also no response to DPD's e-mail asking for your preferred further instructions, this has been returned to us. Our team have only just received this due to the bank holiday weekend so we will get a refund processed on this now for you.
