We are from the USA and purchased a brass bridge faucets from Zayian.com. Upon delivery we open the bridge faucet portion and were shocked at the poor quality. The faucet had scratches, grease, nicks, and one of the necks would not swivel or properly function. We immediately reached out to Zayian to initiate a return. After several refusals to return the order we initiated a dispute with our credit card company. These are NOT good people to deal with and you are best to avoid any purchase from them in Morocco.

I’m having a terrible experience! The product showed up and didn’t look anything like the image on the website. When I emailed them to return the product they wouldn’t send me a shipping label or return instructions. I mailed it back to them which cost me an additional $100. In shipping fees. I’m still waiting for you to credit my credit card back asap!!

Do not order from these guys!
Do not order from these guys! I bought a faucet from them. The mixer was broken on arrival and the back ring did not fit. I contacted Ilyas on several occasions and he said that ‘he is finding a solution’. It has now been 2 months and they have still not sent me a new part or refunded my money. In addition, the company is now no longer responding to my emails.

Our purchases ended up in the trash
We are a design build company and our first purchase from Zayian was two faucets. One faucet was supposed to swivel. It did not. The sprayer did not mix hot and cold water, which is odd. Parts were missing! Our construction manager and a plumber say one of the two faucets was used. Our more than seven attempts to discuss a return of the faucets were ignored. They do not stand by their products and their products are junk.
Zayian now replies to Trustpilot that they are interested in helping. Don't believe it. We had an inordinate amount of communication back and forth. They were not willing to help.
