Please stop leaving my parcels on my…

Please stop leaving my parcels on my doorstep which is literally right on the street. Once again, it has been stolen as I was not back in London until the Wednesday and you left it on Saturday. So 5 days for it to be taken, as you can see from picture there was absolutely no attempt to hide or leave in a safe place. Resolve this with Zara asap or I will contact the financial ombudsman.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service. The driver called me when he was delivering my Zara package but I had mistakenly put the wrong delivery address. He took it back to their depot in Manchester and gave me their contact details. Rob on the online chat was brilliant and rearranged the delivery to my new chosen address. Very nice to actually be able to speak to someone with a service like this. Thanks!!

This package was delivered to the wrong flat …

This package was delivered to the wrong flat. The picture included in the delivery proof what is a blur. One cannot figure out where or to who this was delivered to and when trying to contact zedify to report that no help button, no email address, no contact number, no chat feature. I had to contact Zara, report this so they can investigate what happened. This should be a next day delivery thing and now, 5 days later I still do not have the package nor a refund. Awful.

He came back when I was home, a bit later!

He called when he arrived to my address, but I was in a vet appointment still, which went on longer than I was expecting! He was happy to wait half an hour (he took his lunch break in the time), which was so helpful!

Fantastic and friendly service

Fantastic and friendly service. My ZARA package arrived really quickly and I was sent email notifications keeping me updated on the delivery time. It's so hard to find good delivery services these days but these guys are awesome! Highly recommend
