One of the worst insurence ever
No empathy biting
Stupid app on your phone will try to your every move. Yes including that tooo

It’s a harassment every message warning you cancelling the policy
Can’t talk to a human on the other end
Complete waste of time and money

Absolutely awful.

Absolutely awful.

Had someone drive into me a week before my 20th years no claims. They dropped me down to 5 years until the issue was dealt with and my premium went up £50. I was told that one it's dealt with I would get the £50 back and my full no claims.

It's been dealt with now and although they are telling me that my 20 years will be reinstated when the renewal is up, I will not be receiving my £50 back.

Further more you cannot speak to anyone now.

I will not be using these again and would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere too

This company is dishonest

This company is dishonest, they offer cheap insurance, people get hurt, they don't warn anyone, and then this insurance turns out to be like a black box where your driving is tracked, they can't be trusted, because if you have an accident with your car, they will find 1000 excuses that you violated your insurance obligations so that they won't pay you compensation.
