Very bad experience I ordered clothes…
Very bad experience I ordered clothes from and on their website it’s clearly written that delivery should be delivered between 5-7 working days. I was forced to cancel the order since the time limit was up and still didn’t receive the clothes which I ordered I’m never going to order clothes online from them again. I was very much disappointed with their service and I did chat with them as well the advisor sounded very rude over chat.

Zellbury staff is very disobedience
Zellbury staff is very disobedience, careless for their customers. A few hours ago I purched signature dress but steel pin is still on my dress my new duppta was damaged when I pull it.i am very disappointed. I am regular customer and got a membership. But every time staff is short not listening. Ignoring. I surprised. And disappointed 😞. I decided today that I left ,yes I leave Zellbury 😞 .

There should be discount for the regular customer was best
As i am the regular customer of zellbury.i visited last month my points were 800 but i visited on 9march points were on 260. If u r supposed to take any decision dont take immediately it shuld be with the proper hierarichy
This is not the proper way to take any decision
U people shuold announce the last date of availing points or u should inform the regular customers...

I ordered a bag from Zellbury and I was disappointed by the quality of the bag. On the website the pictures were different (maybe edited to look good) but when I received the package it was all dusty and it seemed that it was used. I won't recommend it. Really poor quality for this price.
