Great little hotel, excellent rooms and very clean and staff were really great as nothing eas a problem. Great location on front, food was really good. Would easily stay there again.

Great staff. They let us check in 2 hours before. The rooms are confortable and the location is great. You are able to reach the city center by metro (just 2 stations) ou by walking around 20 minutes.

The room i reserved was beautiful!! The staff was kind and friendly. I enjoyed the 4 nights i spent there. I especially love the "quiet time" from 10pm to 8am...it made resting so much easier. I will definitely be going back!

Staff was very helpful and could answer all questions we had on our mind.

My stay in Venice was enhanced by the quality of my hotel. It was conveniently situate not far from St. Mark's Piazza The staff were polite and helpful and my room was immaculately clean throughout my stay. I would not hesitate to return

Good Hotel. Beautiful view on Stazione centrale - close to the metro and the central station. Very good service. The breakfast is exceptional but a bit pricey considering that there are bars that give excellent service throughout town (price still within the standards of the industry).

Only one criticism: Mini bar - there where no snacks and the price is high -5 euros for a can of coca cola is exagerated. Small things can sour the stay.

It was good to find an alternative online hotel booking company. We found the hotel we wanted on ZenHotels.com where the likes of Booking.com & others couldn't offer it to us.
The booking process was swift and efficient and I would book ZenHotels again without question.

The hotel was advertised as accessible with lifts.
The hotel had stairs everywhere and zero lifts.

From booking to leaving everything went really smoothly. Arrived late on Thursday, one phone call and code accessed to enter hotel. Room was spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. Would highly recommend

The hotel was well situated for the centre and only short walk from train station. Located on riverside, although I was in 'attic' room i still had a pleasant view. The room was large, clean and nicely decorated. Good sized bathroom. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Good selection at breakfast.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was amazing, they have English speakers which is difficult to find so it was easy to make the check-in and check-out.
Hotel is close from metro station.
