Ordered item from their website and…

Ordered item from their website and paid with credit card. Two weeks later got an email to say they were out of stock. Asked for a refund and was told my Paypal payment was still pending. Said I paid by credit card and next day they refunded in full. Complete waste of time.

I ordered an item 3 times by accident

I ordered an item 3 times by accident. Their replay to my cancellation was immediate and the refund took about an hour or less after we confirmed the error.
Shoes took about a week or 5 working days arrive and I also received an email from Zeroks with a tracking number, which made life easier. Happy with the product and will buy here again.
From my experience, I recomend Zeroks.

The shoes have marks all over them they…

The shoes have marks all over them they look like they have been painted with a hand brish there is over laps on the bottom of shoes on the orange and parts on shoes not painted there is smudges all over them where u paint has rubbed off look like someones put tape on them and sprayed an peeled the tape off not happy at all more like a hi vis yellow than green it looks like a 5 year old has hand painted these when u walk they make a crunching noise the details on the shoes are nit painted proper its like they didn't finish painting the shoes on detail i asked for a refund and sent a email with pictures of how bad the shoes are and for anyone to see they are a mess they should not of even been sent out or even passed on production line they have said i have to waste even more time and money even tho i waited over 20 days for them to come now they wont issue a refund unless i send them back even tho by the photos i have sent show they are default and i would have to send then back witch would cost me travel and also the time for them to reach them then more tine waiting for money to go back into my account so another 20 to 30days for a refund even though these these are not wearable the reply i got back from customer services even addmited they do not look right so why should i waste even more money and time. They where over £40 i could of got a pair of addias or cheap brand from jd or direct sports and got a branded pair of shoes for less time and money wasted i will not use zeroks again if anyone would like to see how bad these are i will re comment with a tiktok account and youtube and video absolutely terrible ive never seen anything as bad as these shoes in my life i could of done better with a plain white pair with a bloody sharpie pen

I’m overwhelmed by the crisis…

I’m overwhelmed by the crisis management and customer services I received from Zeroks i wrongly purchased the same item 3 times, I called support And within a few days my query was actioned. And refund was actioned thank you once again for the good services you provide to customers.

Bluedio headphones

I ordered Bluedio headphones from this company and unfortunately they were out of stock as my order arrived.They got in contact to explain the situation and I was given a prompt refund -which I appreciated-they’ve also kept a note of my order and hopefully I’ll be able to repurchase the headphones when they are next back in stock. Thank You for the understanding guys ❤️
