Terrible product; terrible customer service and policies. There is a study testing these products showing their filters release more microplastics into the water. It’s published but it won’t let me upload it here. Anyone claiming it cleans the microplastics is not testing properly. They switched to using cheaply and poorly made filters. They also refuse to cover return cost for their defective products and place burden on the consumer. 0/10 do not recommend. Buy Berkey instead.

The delivery process was smooth, and I have no complaints about it. The Ready Read water filter system itself performs well.

However, I have encountered an issue with the filter's lifespan. My water has a TDS level of around 300 ± 20. According to the product page, the filter should last for at least 50 liters, but in my experience, it only lasts about 5 days, filtering approximately 20-25 liters. Given the high cost of the filter, I would expect it to perform as advertised and last at least as long as stated on the website.

good experience so far, the only two things I would point out: i did not get any email order confirmation or that the product was shipped and then no info which carrier handle the package in my country

ZeroWater is, to my knowledge, the only water filter available for consumers, that can remove all lime and other substances from tap water. I have bought through zerowater.eu a few times now, and they have always delivered as promised.

However I have chosen not to give 5 stars as the latest batch has a somewhat peculiar taste. However faint. There must have been a change to the product formula? Not quite to my liking.

Thus - the lack of 5 stars is not due to zerowater.eu, but due to the product itself.

Ever since ordered filters are sent fast and neatly packged.

A wonderful product… Living in Barcelona, where we have very hard water, this product is great. I only wish that we in europe would get the discount pricing that occasionally hits the American markets for filters

Before to buy this filter system I made a large research and now I can say w are really pleased with this choice because this supplier had given us a great customer service.
They always answer my e-mails, and they give follow up to my needs.
I love this product counts with a TDS Meter, so you can confirm by yourself what is the real PPM in your water, this is something other options simply dont´t mentioned.
I would buy again my ZeroWater filter system.

I have received a defective water pitcher, the finishing was very poor quality and had some tiny plastic getting loose. The issue was only with the pitcher and not the filter itself. I contacted customer support and the next day after agreeing to receive a new one instead of a refund the pitcher was sent to me.

I used this brand many years always I think this is the best of the best product with the similar from other.
