worst platform ever, no connectivity with shopify, takes ages to even load. struggle is unreal. no easy way to integrate myshopify account with ziina. i wanted to configure a payment gateway with ziina, but the darn thing wont let me configure it. useless app. useless completely worthless.

Ziina charged me 79 GBP for a service that was never provided (attempted to get an ETA through UK Portal and asked to pay that amount through UK portal's website)
My bank's transaction details state: *ZIINA VISITS Amount: £79.00 Transaction date: 01 June 2026
I contacted UK portal and they refuse any knowledge and collaboration with Ziina.com
I contacted Ziina.com and they deny any relationship with Ziina *visits and UK portal and they advise me to contact my bank! I believe that I have been scammed

I am seldom impressed with customer service lately but I have to commend Dalia and the Ziina team for an impeccable experience. She assisted me through the weekend and a public holiday, everything sorted in record time and she was always one step ahead of what needs to be done. I thank Ziina sincerely for this wonderful experience.

My business account with Ziina has been under review/hold for months, and my funds are still not available for withdrawal.

I have cooperated with their review process and provided the requested information, but I still have no clear release date or proper explanation. This delay is seriously affecting my business operations.

I am asking Ziina to release my funds immediately or provide a final written explanation. If this is not resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter legally in the UAE.
