This is the worst experience they keep…

This is the worst experience they keep do the same behaviour freezing accounts on high amounts then terminated my account for no reasons and i demanded to know the reason with no response . They are scammers and unprofessional and i have all proof of my transactions and trades. Do not deal with them at all

Do not trust Ziina with your business…

Do not trust Ziina with your business funds! They officially confirmed my business was "eligible," allowed me to integrate their gateway, and accepted customer payments. Then, they abruptly closed my account without any reason and are now holding my funds for 120 days. This is a trap for digital agencies. Avoid at all costs!

Extremely happy with Ashir

Extremely happy with Ashir’s assistance. He has been patient and very knowledgeable about what he’s doing. If he’s not sure about something, he won’t just say I don’t know.. he’ll make sure to check internally and get back to me.
I don’t think I’ve ever been happy with a chat agent like I have with Ashir. Thank you!

I had a very frustrating experience…

I had a very frustrating experience with this service.

My account was suddenly closed without any prior notice or clear explanation. While I understand that companies may have the right to suspend accounts under their terms, the complete lack of transparency is concerning.

What I find even more problematic is that I was denied access to my own transaction records. I requested a simple overview of payments received for my bookkeeping, but was told that this could not be provided because they are “not a bank.” In my view, this is not a reasonable response, especially for a platform that facilitates financial transactions.

As a result, I am now unable to properly maintain my financial records, which is a serious issue.

I have not been given any indication of wrongdoing on my part, yet I am being left without access to important information related to my own account.

On top of that, I am currently not able to access the funds in my account. I have been informed that a holding period of 45 to 120 days is required before the funds are released. This is very difficult to explain to my supplier. Especially considering the current situation in the UAE, entrepreneurs need access to their funds more than ever. It feels unacceptable that I am unable to access money that I have earned honestly and through hard work.

I would advise others to be cautious and ensure they fully understand the risks of relying on this platform, particularly when it comes to account access and data transparency.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with…

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Ziina Pay.

They suddenly closed my account after a vague “review” and refused to provide any clear explanation. No transparency, no accountability—just a generic response that tells you nothing. To make matters worse, they are holding my funds for 45 to 120 days, which is outrageous.

This is not how a legitimate financial service should operate. Blocking access to a customer’s money without proper justification and then forcing them to wait months to get it back is extremely concerning and raises serious red flags.

Customer support is completely useless—they hide behind scripted replies and offer no real help or escalation.

I strongly warn anyone considering this app: think twice before trusting them with your money. What happened to me could easily happen to you.

Wrongful Account Termination, Without Proper Explanation or Notice

They didn't let me withdraw the money I received as a payment on the Ziina app, and then they terminated my account without any advance notice or a proper explanation.

It was quite good

It was quite good . I was being helped. The people are helpful but it's just concerning at a point when we are asked new new things as proof othe than that the people are helpful and nic to talk with

A+ Custome Support

Ran into a small issue during business account verification. Being a cloud app, i was worried i would struggle to speak to someone. To my surprise the support process via Whatsapp was very quick and efficient. Great start!

If there below than 1 star we would like give it .We re very disappointed about the service and they closed our account for now reason and giving us delaying tactics , they want to wait 120days to return our money without no valid reason and all.
