Great communication, driver was waiting at arrivals and the transfer was smooth.
We changed our plans & therefore our return journey was modified-again great communication over email to get this done.
Our return journey again was smooth & well organised. My husband left his sunglasses in the car-the driver contacted us & arranged to return them to us at the airport-superb customer service, thank you Carlo!!

Same as the other one star reviews really. Luggage handling was delayed due to strikes, driver couldn’t wait, ran off. Sent an email next day saying won’t be needing their service and return journey to the airport as will just get a taxi. They failed to respond or read it until after I got home. Driver turned up to hotel apparently waiting for us. Refuse to refund anyone. Currently in an email argument with them. Grow up, do better zip transfer

Brilliant service. I left it very late to book my transfer and I needed 2 car seats. Zip transfers sorted me out only 6 hours to go and the car and driver waiting at Mallorca for us were amazing! The car was spotless and the car seats looked brand new!

First class experience. Were met at the airport and taken in a small mini bus directly to our apartment. Even though we were delayed by an hour going through customs, there was no issue with our transport. Return experience was the same. Prompt and friendly.

We travel as a family of five with younger children so being sure of a good, reliable service is important. Used Zip in many countries and it is always so reliable. They respond so quickly to calls, like our recent trip, when our flight arrived at the wrong terminal without notice. They were there on the phone and waiting for us. Beautiful clean, spacious cars and lovely drivers. Highly recommended

I use Zip every time I visit Tenerife and I find them excellent. They are waiting at the airport when we arrive and their pick up is always on time even for very early morning times. The cars are very clean and comfortable and your drivers are very helpful and courteous.

Going into Benidorm was fantastic, just myself and 2 other people in a car,no waiting it was great, going back to Alicante, it was a coach which arrived at hotel 5 mins before time stated, loaded efficiently by friendly driver, no problem whatsoever

Our driver arrived early to collect us. He was very polite and a good driver.

Company could have been more pro-active and monitored the delays through security al Alicante Airport. Driver waited the mandatory one hour then abandoned us to book (and pay for) a private hire. To all passengers with a booking make sure you have enough cash for a taxi to your destination. Hotel to airport no issue.
