Our smart driver was waiting for us on arrival at Gran Canadian airport, very efficient and drove us safely to our destination resort. This is the 2nd time we've used them and definitely recommend them.

On arriving at Alicante our driver was late to meet us in the terminal. He then led us to a bay where we waited for 20 minutes for him to return and and pick us up.
Our return journey 7 days later was, to say the least, eventful. Our driver didn’t pick us up at our hotel, we walked to the main road and boarded what I can only describe as a repurposed ambulance. On our journey to the airport our attention was drawn to the poor condition of the vehicle. An emergency stop was taken and all our luggage flew forward causing some concern. Thankfully the, “bus”, made it to the airport. Used Zip regularly but recent years it’s been rough

Unfortunately the driver was not there when we arrived but a quick call to the office in Las Palmas to English speaking staff sorted the matter. As it turns out there was a massive traffic jam on approaching the airport. Once picked up the journey was great and we were dropped off at the the correct location. Great service.

We have been using this company now for 8 years, never a problem.
They are very professional and friendly drivers.we a,ways book a return transfer, If ever they are delayed for any reason they always ring in plenty of time and inform you of their expected time of arrival. Would not use anyone else.

Driver was punctual and helpful when loading luggage. He was polite and made an effort to connect with us on a conversational level. Got us to the airport in good time.

In my experience on a recent trip to Italy, the service was reliable and good value. If your hotel is in a pedestrianised area it is worth checking your exact drop off or pick up locations as it can be complicated to amend these details after you have made your booking.

Service was excellent, reasonably priced at the same price as a local taxi, polite and friendly driver (although had written my name in light green pen so could not see them at the airport for ages!) comfortable and safe driving. there were three of us and we were picked up in a mini van rather than a car which was great and very spacious. good communication with the company, very responsive even by email. used them for trip back again at fairly short notice and again great service. would definitely use them again.

This was a seamless and brilliant experience. Really great from time of booking, thru airport pickup and transfer. Then the return to the airport. Taxi was on time, driver friendly - all worked like clockwork. Our first experience of ZIPTRANSFERS so weren't quite sure what to expect, but it was great!

On time for airport arrival and resort pick-up. Very friendly and courteous drivers who helped with the luggage. Vehicles are clean. We always use Zip Transfers.

Have used Zip Transfers many times, the booking process is very easy. Our driver for this trip was on time and very professional. He drove very carefully through the mountains. Would recommend.

We were late landing (tenerife) but no problem with the transfer the gentleman was waiting with smile on his face nothing was a problem will use again when needed

Terrible,we thought the pick was on the arrivals road , we had to walk way beyond the terminal,it was exhausting for us we are in our late seventies,never again

Driver was waiting in arrivals hall when we arrived then straight to hotel no waiting around same going home driver arrived 10 minutes early brilliant

The pick up from the airport was brilliant and the pick up for coming back couldn't fault the drivers excellent.

Excellent service on arrival and on time for our departure, both drivers very helpful and good price, we will certainly be using them for our next trip.
