Scam website. Clothing is poorly made and not wearable. Customer service contact details listed, go nowhere. Phone number doesn’t work and email gets a 404 message. Don’t purchase from here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ZOE SYDNEY.
The order came many weeks late, the quality was horrendous for even a $30 dress let alone a $130 dollar dress. I asked for a full refund and paid to send it all the way back to China. The order has conveniently been "stuck in transit" since March. Their customer service is awful, AI emails that do not address any of my concerns.

Deceitful and poor Quality

The quality of the product, nothing like what was described.. and it arrived from China..what a surprise, from a store claiming to be all Australian. And their website is only a few months old, so no I don't believe they're growing and relocating so having a sale. I found similar items for far less prices , buyer beware I believe this site is another Chinese knock off scam site pretending to be am aussie business we would support...

Terrible quality

DONT BUY ANYTHING.

DONT BUY ANYTHING.
took 7 weeks to arrive.
Was expansive to buy and the quality of product is nothing short of terrible. I wouldnt have paid anymore than $5 for the rubbish they sent me.
RETURNS- made very hard to return. Cost me $26 to send it to the address in China they provided. Its been 3 months and the product has not reached the warehouse yet and they will not refund me.

Zoe Sydney does not deserve even a one…

Zoe Sydney does not deserve even a one star review.
Buyer beware if it seems to good to be true it is.
The quality is well below average and the materials not environmentally friendly.
Customer service is zero and when you return to China for a refund it sits in a Chinese mail clearing centre for over 3 months and you pay $50 for the privilege.
Meanwhile emailing to request an update they advise tracking indicates it has not been received and refund will be provided once received, be patient.
I can no longer track my return as tracking ceases after 90 days. What a joke.
Do Not Purchase from this website.
Afterpay does not mean it is a reputable website just an FYI

I would give them a 0 if I could. Despite their website stating Neutral Bay Sydney for their office, and Regents Park on the packaging, to return the item it must go to China. The products arrived and do not match their website. Absolute scum bags

Poor quality & misleading advertising

Poor quality, misleading advertising and terrible customer service.
I should have looked at reviews before purchasing but the wbesite looks so good and legitimate.
The shoes I ordered arrived and looked nothing like the photos online.
They are extremely poorly made- advertised as knee-high boots and they barely reach my calves. The finish is completely different to the photos, different colour and material.
I'm having trouble getting anyone to answer my emails too!

Read this to simplify your refund. If you haven't ordered, DON'T!!!!!

Wish I seen these reviews before ordering, to save me the headache! So just letting you know that they will offer you 35% refund if you pay for shipping to return 😂 do not do that! Go through your bank and they will help you. I ordered a lounge set for my partner and it was completely different and cheap, wish I could put up photos to show you the difference is hilarious 😂 hope this helps if your struggling with your refund

Worst service/quality/products

Where do I start? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

What we ordered and what we recieved were on different planets. Not even just the wring size.. the wrong shoes too.. so cheap. Customer service is already terrible. Waiting on a full refund but honestly not holding my breathe. Sometimes its worth it to lose money to hope karma gets those who run this service.

Save yourself the stress and do not order.

I took too long to arrive.
The dress was poorly done, its fits horribly for a $70aud and to think they said its on 40% off.
Ita a China website using Sydneywear name to attract Australian customers.
Scammer.

Terrible experience with support team

Terrible experience with support team.
Had asked to cancel an order which was placed within 10 mins and had to follow up more than twice to get an answer, when they wrote back the next day they confirmed they were not able to cancel the order as it had been confirmed by their manufacturer in China, sorry but how is that my fault. Don’t specify on your website that you can allow for cancellations made within 24 hours and not.
Worst part is the item hadn’t even been shipped yet so after I received the email about it not being able to be cancelled 2 hours later I received the tracking email.

I had never used this website before and honestly never would again.
Absolute sham of a company, claiming to be Aus based but takes 48 hours to get a respond and all their manufacturers are based in China. Joke

No Refund!! Fake add provided!!!

I bought an evening dress online, I received it & returned in Jan 2026. The dress looked liked a clown outfit on me. I requested a full refund, I was advised to post it to China, (postage $26). This parcel still hasn’t reached the address provided by Zoe. It’s now May 2026. Several email requests sent for an update, a copy & paste of the reply script. I’m sure they have given me an address that is non existent!!! So I will never received any refund.

Kindly note that your return order hasn't reached our warehouse yet.

Please keep checking your tracking number, and as soon as the order reaches our warehouse, we will refund you.

Scammers

Brought a dress, they sent a dress that looked nothing like we ordered. Offered a partial refund. We declined, we paid to send it back to China, over 2 months ago. Still have not refunded money. We lost $167.99 on the dress and over $20 to post it back. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. They are not even in Australia

Absolutely shocking experience. DO NOT BUY! Beware!! I should have read the online reviews. this is a total and complete scam. Item took weeks and weeks and when it did arrive the quality was horrible and they refused to accept a return and only offered me 25% refund and the dress was not cheap. Learn from my mistake!!

Buy with extreme caution

Buy with extreme caution! While the clothing looks great in their advertising, the materials are cheap and nasty and items are poorly made, despite being 'designed in Sydney'. The worst is that they state they provide easy returns but it is LIES! They will NOT provide refunds unless the items are faulty, so I am stuck with clothes that are not suitable that they will not refund. Misleading and dishonest and taking their customers for a ride. A disgraceful business.
