⚠️ Very Bad Experience – Be Careful

I strongly advise people not to buy from this store. My experience has been extremely disappointing.

The company presents itself as a boutique based in Sydney, but when I wanted to return the items, they asked me to send the parcel to China. The dresses I received were very poor quality and nothing like the photos online.

I returned the items exactly as they instructed and paid almost $50 for postage. After 5 months, the parcel was returned back to Australia because the address in China does not exist.

This clearly shows that the return address they provided is false. I followed all their instructions, kept the receipts, tracking numbers, photos, and proof of shipment.

This behaviour is extremely misleading and unprofessional. I will be reporting this company to consumer authorities.

Be very careful before ordering from this website.

The dress I ordered was delayed by many weeks with no updates until I checked. The dress was extremely large for the small size I ordered. When I tried to return it they sent some extremely confusing instructions to measure it. Then when I requested a credit note they refused and offered a discount code. Suffice to say, I’ll never order from them again!

This place is an absolute scam. Not only was my delivery weeks late when it arrived. The package was split open. None of the suits that I purchased matched any of the measurements that were on the website. The shirts that I’d purchased had arm lengths that were up to 5 cm different. All of the material was extremely scratchy and synthetic and poorly made. I sent multiple support emails messages on Instagram messages on Facebook. Appalling!!!!! The dress was extremely bad quality, smelt like rotten fish and sizing was off.
I sent it back to China at my own cost only for it to be returned back to me 4 months later. Now I am out of pocket $200. I have been denied a refund and am now receiving chatbot reponses from their email. I wish I read these reviews before I bought the dress. Highly suggest you DO NOT PURCHASE!! I repeaaaat, do not purchase!

Shipping took 1 month to arrive, and when it did, the dress was in a plastic bag with Chinese writing on it and the dress quality was WORSE than if it had come from Temu. Which is strange because they claim to be an Australian company and were charging $200 for this dress …. I wouldn’t have paid $10! Sooooo disappointed, would not recommend shopping from them.
The dress I ordered looked like a nice thick knit dress, but when it arrived it was so thin it was see through and the halter was such bad quality I couldn’t securely tie it.

Like every other review here, the store is depicted to be located in Australia but is actually in China. The price is something much more than I would pay for even a decent dress and I was hoping to treat myself for my school formal. Instead, the dress arrived in worse quality than that of SHEIN, which I have ordered many items from before. The price is way more than the horrible quality of the products. I ordered a dress, sold for $132, a reduced price from something near $200, however what I received is unfortunately lucky to be worth even $15. Hardly wearable. Hoping to receive a refund from the company once they reply, however I fear I will have to spend more money to ship it back to China before a refund can be processed.

Ordered a bag only to receive the wrong product. More specifically item of the wrong colour. Upon contacting customer service to show photo proof of the wrong item received they notified that they the only solution is to send it back to China at my own request expense. Being an error on their part I cannot justify spending the $40 in shipping to return, so now stuck with an unwanted bag. Will not refund unless they receive the product back. I’ll add that it was not cheap, was treating myself with this item. Do not recommend buying off Zoe Sydney. Not an Australian fashion store as advertised.

The product I received from Zoe Sydney is NOT what was pictured online. Not only was the product soiled, the fabric and shape of the top were terrible. I attempted to return the top to their depot in China and provided the tracking number to the online store as instructed, however the package mysteriously has been stuck in China customs for months with no refund forthcoming. This store is clearly not an Australian boutique.

If I could give it a Zero I would.

Do not purchase from this company! Their descriptions are LIES! Product did not match and customer service is unhelpful.
Delivery label has the sender listed as a Sydney address but insist on returns being sent to China at the purchaser cost.

I only have it a 1 because zero was not an option. The clothing looks nothing like the pictures. Clothing does not have tags and it is missized. The material used to make similar clothing is cheap and is typically used on kids costumes. When I asked to Return it they said I had to prove that the sizing did not match the sizing chart. Who even knows how to do that. This is not one to guess on just do not use them.

After I received the order confirmation, I noticed that the tracking was coming from China. This company is falsy advertising that they are sydney, Australia designed dresses and have their warehouse in Neautral Bay which is not the case. They are scammers!

I sent an email straight away after I made an order to cancel so it was not shipped. But I kept getting emails from them dismissing my request and their fraud but simply replying with giving me a discount to receive keep the items. Now it's been shipped which will have to result me into battling to send this back to china and continue to dispute my refund which who knows if I will even get since they are not even responding.

Absolutely do not use!! Ordered a dress thinking it was coming from Australia to justify the long wait times. Paid £61 (was supposed to be 110) for literally a bit of netting. The photos have obviously been stolen from another site then drop shipped from a chinese factory. I've had genuinely better quality clothes from shein its absolutely disgusting. Have emailed in attempt to get a refund but this is looking unlikely by everyone's comments. Straight up theft

Got duped like everyone else. Ordered boots that are rubbish knock-offs charged at premium prices. On website it says "designed in Sydney" load of BS. Shipped from China. It sounds like the return process is going to be a nightmare but after spending $190 for rubbish boots I'll have to do it. So angry

False advertising. The staff are stupid and incompetent. They won’t give you a refund even if you follow their policy. Company is run by thieves

Disgusting quality. Temu version of the dress arrived and I think temu would have done better job.
