I admit I am irate
I admit I am irate, not because this is the first time this has happened but because this is third time in one day to have projects go dead after it had been displayed that the survey was complete and I could collect my "reward."
Tonight I reached the end of a survey worth three dollars, which is a fat fish to catch in these shallow waters, only to have it announced to me that there was an error during uploading and the page went dead and when I went to check if I had nonetheless gained the 3000+ points I was due, I found no points had been added to my account.
This is not the first time such has happened. The first few times I contacted Support and was told I had to pursue the matter with the originator of the survey which I did three times and got no response after which I asked myself, what is Zoombucks' support even there for?
So I go back to work on these surveys because they are all that is available to me as far as income goes and for all my complaints, Z-B is the best source for surveys I have yet come across.

ZoomBucks Is a Scam – They Just Want Traffic, Not to Pay You
ZoomBucks is a dishonest and misleading platform. They post fake offers like "[ZoomBucks register, earn, and redeem]" on their own offerwall, promising users they can earn money by completing simple tasks. I followed all the steps, earned the money, and when I tried to redeem it—they disapproved my withdrawal without explanation.
Then, to make it worse, they froze my account balance for 36 days, even though the offer I completed clearly stated a 30-day deadline. This made it impossible for me to finish the offer and actually get paid.
It’s clear that ZoomBucks only wants to attract traffic to their site by baiting users with fake rewards. They don’t intend to pay; they just use your activity to generate revenue for themselves while leaving you with nothing. This is a scam tactic, plain and simple.

It also appears that the Leaderboard section was not accessed during your time on the platform. Unfortunately, this is no longer accessible on your end, as your account has been permanently suspended since January of this year.

High-paying, but when cashing out your account gets suspended and it gets frozen. I‘d rather go other sites that pay low and don‘t have such strict rules for surveys. Grinded 16000 points and then waited 1 month to withdraw my balance (because my account got frozen) for them to tell me that my account is suspended for "bad quality“ answers.
