Bought a shark toy that proved to be dangerous, after destroying the toy as told by zuru and applying for recall I was sent a voucher for less than the sharks value that can only be used to buy either a playstation, Xbox or supercheap voucher which I had to spend extra money to claim either, zuru didn't choose to send people with faulty sharks one of the new sharks they have made instead they made them have to spend more on something they don't want
Zuru also said 'not my problem talk to the recall company' when I contacted them about this

Absolutely awful! Little man used his birthday money to buy a smashers egg which was around £20. Came home to open it to find out the parts didn’t fit as it had the wrong dinosaur part. Didn’t take a receipt from the shop as I thought it would be fine. Emailed customer services 9 weeks ago and every 2 weeks they say a replacement will be sent out on a priority bases.. we have no received anything! 9 bloody weeks! I will not be buying from this blinking company again, shocking customer services!

In this day in age it's terrible a company (especially a New Zealand one) is manufacturing such terrible plastic, wasteful junk! I'm sure they are making big profits on this cheap 'made in china' rubbish.
When will people wake up?!

I go and buy mini brand toys u get 5 toys supposedly but 3 if them are card board boxes inside those is cardboard that just ain't right we pay enough for the toys anyways just to get cardboard I'm very disappointed it is a rip off especially the toys don't work anyways bull crap I will not buy anymore till this changes you are ripping people off doing this it isn't right.

Don’t get that fluffy playdoh stuff near your child’s hair, it’s a nightmare to remove! So much plastic packaging too, time to consider the planet over your pockets. (We were gifted this toy)

My daughter got a Disney store for Christmas. Missing half the pieces. I’ve emailed them 4 times, with pictures and so has my husband. No response. None. Just says on the faq that is it’s missing pieces, go back to the store and return it. They customer service isn’t bad, they just have none to speak of. Zuru means warriors my ass.

We bought a mini brands market. It was not complete. We asked for the missing pieces (3 or 4 items), we would have paid for them. They replied requesting lots of docs. We sent them. Heard of them weeks after saying that they sold the items in packs and could not send them individually. Heaven forbid they sent a full set and spent 20 euros. Might go broke. Sad and pathetic customer service. Will never recommend anyone to buy these people's items. Its not worth it. They are not worth it.

Horrible quality and even worse customer service. Bought brand new toy of theirs and missing half the product so my kid couldn’t even use it. I emailed them as I didn’t expect the main parts to be missing so of course tossed receipt (who sells new boxes with missing parts?) they were absolutely no help and decided after first response to completely ignore me and my child. Never again will purchase from this company and will let all my mom friends and family know also.

My son chose out a surprise dinosaur egg for his birthday and came with two halfs of 2 differnt toys. we have dinosaur legs and half a helicopter. He was really disapointed. Whats more disapointing is contacting customer service who said they would send a new toy out... that was 5 weeks ago. i contacted them and they send an email saying 'just ask us for a tracking number in a few more weeks'

Terrible customer service. dont buy off of them!

Got a smashers light up dinosaur egg for our 5 years birthday .
Had 2 left legs so couldn't be built properly !

Contacted customer services who finally agreed to replace for new item .

Heard nothing for 4 weeks and no egg

Contacted today and told to contact back in 2 weeks for tracking number .

So 6 weeks and new item hasn't even been shipped

Waste of money and poor customer service

I've just had a zuru x shot for my 37th anniversary of the wife.Fantastic no experience necessary.Unrap and play.Just call me Paul kearsey or maybe Harry Callahan. I'll be back. So many extras. I'm going to fight my own war. Love the double barrel shot gun. So many extras to buy to suit your character.space police western villain or just vigalanti. I've always wanted a gatlin gun. Going to have some great fun.

My daughter just bought the Smashers Dino egg from B and M for £25.00 and she spent almost half of her birthday money on it. I don't recommend getting it, it’s a huge egg of plastic and it will definitely disappoint you! It is terrible quality and one of the arms was missing and the stretchy foam was like a hard rock. Terrible toxic piece of rubbish, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

A company that produces low quality, overpriced plastic toys that are neither durable or environmentally friendly and which kids lose interest in very quickly.

We just bought the Lightup Dino egg. Received two right legs and no left legs. What a waste of money! My grandson saved to get this egg. Terrible quality control and disappointing a young boy.

Every single ponies tails fell out on first play (we had purchased around 13) this makes it not fit for purpose.
Put in a product complaint and they said they would replace ONE
That was on 24th November 2021, it’s now 19th February 2022, according to tracking of first one it got lost in china (so much for a kiwi start up scheme where they could’ve boosted the economy keeping it in the country)
After querying where item was they said they would send another and tracking information, it’s been a month now and no tracking, no item,no communication from Zuru.
Currently business under fire in the media so except them to get a big hit financially.

Although my kids like the small items in your 5 Surprise package, the small items are too small and get lost all over the house. Mostly, I think that the plastic round break away ball is a huge waste of plastic. Poor design!!! Can you come up with a container that is useful and not wasteful to be thrown away. More land fill. Be more environmentally conscious!!!!

Bought my daughter the baby unicorn surprise…. The leg & crown was missing from it.
I emailed customer support and they said they would send replacement parts. That was 2 months ago. They’ve emailed me with countless lies about logistic issues and tracking numbers that never seem to be given to me.
Basically, don’t waste your money on this brand because if there’s ever an issue, they will LIE LIE LIE to you all day long and you will never see a resolution.

Has to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Just feel bad for my daughter as she was really excited for the toy until she opened it and realised there were parts missing.

My grand daughter spent her hard earned pocket money on a minibrands collector case. It was £10, when we got home she showed me and I must say fir the money it is not worth it, it is made of thin plastic and card, there are 5 items inside made of cheap plastic. It is just a total waste of money, another piece of cheap tat from china
