Still waiting for my refund 3 months later
I've never had to deal with such bad customer service and struggling to even know how to take legal action for this. I ordered outdoor furniture on 17 March and it never got delivered, so I sent them multiple emails to send me a refund and they reply that they're looking into it with high priority. It is now 7 June and I haven't received anything. They owe me over 650Euros.
