Scents don’t last as long as they used to.

I’ve been a loyal customer for 2 years and love most of your products. I’ve given many diffusers as gifts as well. You have excellent customer service - always responding to emails and very fast shipping. I’ve stopped buying the diffuser (which are my favorite scents to put in the house) because at some point last year there was a delay in supply and the sticks changed in thickness. Once the sticks were thicker the scent didn’t get distributed as well through the room and it just doesn’t work as well anymore. I hope this is a useful review. I don’t want to say anything bad, just that I’m sad about it. I’ve had repeated orders on spiritual spa, sweet senses and lemongrass.

Hi Alet! Thanks for your review. Love to read that you are a real diffuser fan! Our sticks are a natural products therefore they are never the same and differ in thickness. So we haven't changed anything.. hope you understand this. Love, Indra - We Love The Planet.

Still waiting for my refund 3 months later

I've never had to deal with such bad customer service and struggling to even know how to take legal action for this. I ordered outdoor furniture on 17 March and it never got delivered, so I sent them multiple emails to send me a refund and they reply that they're looking into it with high priority. It is now 7 June and I haven't received anything. They owe me over 650Euros.

Het spijt ons om te horen dat u een negatieve ervaring met Svenlars beleeft. Graag lichten we toe dat we een nieuwe eigenaar hebben en dat als je aankoop vóór 20 juni 2022 heeft plaatsgevonden, deze is afgehandeld door de vorige eigenaar.
